I bought this two weeks ago and today when turning it off to clean it the hopper with pellets got so hot they caught fire. It is made out of sheet metal and I believe not enough to insulate the pellets in the hopper to keep from burning. Will be retuning and getting my money back.

For the price I guess.

ive had this stove for 2 seasons now, the first year it ran fine. trying to run it for the first time this season i noticed that the ignitor had shorted out as well as a safety capacitor on the board blew out and broke a trace line on the board as well. replacement boards are $400 so i bought a kit and replaced the capacitor and fixed the trace. 3 months later the new ignitor shorted again and this time i replaced with oem. that one lasted 2 months. we just had a week long cold snap and on the l...

There is no documentation provided with the materials when purchasing this stove to give you the home Energy Credit with your taxes there is no manufacturer identification number but claims you get the energy credit with a certificate

Do Not Buy!!!

The auger just decided to stop working right in malfunction to where it constantly fed the pellet stove, which led it to over fill and burn back up into the hopper. It about caught my house on fire!!!

Don't buy it

Waited for weeks for this to arrive. Stove was dropped upon delivery. grass torn up in yard, got it hooked up & it's 50 degrees in here with this running all day & night. I paid $1600 for this & $80 for delivery it should be warmer than 50 degrees. The walls weren't on properly spent all day trying to fix them & that got it up to 60 degrees in the house but that still isn't acceptable. The stove is all scratched up. It's taking up to 3-4 bags of pellets per day & not warming even the living room...

The heat output on this pellet stove is incredible!! That and the fact that installation was simple and quick!!! There are a ton of videos online that make installation very simple!!!!

I purchased the stove brand new about 3 years ago, and I have had three years of constant issues with it. I try to list all the problems and issues that I have had but it exceeds the maximum amount of characters that I can put in this review. don't waste your money and time.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a BIG STOVE that burns well.

Best users will be nerdy-techie-hands-on types. It needs to be tended daily and tweaked occasionally. This pellet stove can burn 6 lbs. of pellets per hour on high, which is enough heat for a typical two-story home of 3k sq. ft. in cold weather. That is 1/2 ton of pellets per month (about $160). On low or medium it will burn half of that quantity, which is still a lot of heat. The 140 lb. hopper will support a full day's burn on high.
