A real rust bucket. This grill started to rust out in the first year a real wast of money.

Can't Find Parts or shipping is ridiculous

Contacted Master Forge to purchase parts today. They advised me that to ship the parts from Michigan to Colorado it would be $122.00. The parts were only going to be $89.49 and one of them may not be here for 30-60 days. This is a rip off. The only option is Fedex for shipping as I asked if there was another option. Don't buy this unless you want to buy another grill for the cost of the parts you may need to order over the years! Have already spent almost $300.00 on parts already ! Grill ...

Do not buy this bbq .looks great, cooks great for 3yrs and then your in trouble. Warranty is 10 yrs on the burner. GUESS WHAT you cannot get the burners. They keep saying that they are on back order. Please save your money

Almost impossible to replace parts

I just took the gas grill apart as the igniter quit working. The burners are clogged with metal. The heat shields are burnt out. The aluminum on the grates is pealing. The thermocouple for the heater on the back wall no longer works. I am very handy, but it took us about 3 hours to tear the unit apart to get to the igniter and thermocouple. This is my main complaint, as it is a real challenge to replace the thermocouple. Now I need to find replacement parts but BBQ suppliers do not carry many of...

Our unit was 2 months old before every seam of the covers busted out, they were covered under a roof! 3 years later we’ll the horror story really starts!!!!! The worlds biggest piece of crap

Purchased about 3 yrs ago. Called this company in the very beginning to advise them how unhappy I was with their products. We bought new covers at 150.00 as the original dry rotted. I purchased the Master Forge modular kitchen unit it’s garbage the quality is poor stated rusting after the first yr. I have the barbecue falling apart the thing is so rusted that the gas tank feel through. I called a few months after the warranty and they wouldn’t do anything. I will never purchase that brand ever again. I have spread the word through out my family and friends too do buy Master Forge!

Best investment ever

I waited a year before making this review. This is how my setup looks a year after installation. Great as the first day it was put in. I can’t say enough about this set. 2 year life span

First year it was a great grill! After 2 years EVERYTHING started to rust and the grates have delaminated with replacement parts. The burners are not consistantly now and lighting it with ignition starter only works on 2 of the 4 burners. Save your money and get a cheaper brand, it will last MUCH longer. Very much regret this purchase!

Five years ago I was in the market for a high quality stainless steel gas grill, one that I hoped would last a lifetime. I purchased your five burner unit as it touted having all stainless steel construction. I built my outdoor kitchen around this grill and am very deliberate to keep it covered when not in use. Just like the others

Looks are deceiving! Grill looks great, but after 5 years, interior of lid is rusted out, burners are rusting, as well as the heat plates. I'd be happy to buy internal parts, but there are none that meet the same dimensions. For what I paid, I expected 8 years, but this is cheap interior parts and I will never again buy Master Forge, let alone buy a grill from Lowe's. Overall, poor experience!

Got replacement parts no problem!

Bought the entire set 5 years ago. Grates started falling apart. Flame tamers as well. Called the number in the owners manual. Got all replacement parts AND the main burners were under 10 yr warranty so those were completely free. Great product and great customer service!

Save your money

Looks Great - Lacks Quality

I purchased the 3-burner Master Forge grill in March of 2014 along with the 3-burner top and sink combo. I also purchased the 3-year extended protection plan. The grill looked great and worked fine for the first couple of years; however, I had to replace the burners and heat shields inside of 3 years.
