Don't buy!

I purchased this shower and once installed I noticed the tiles that are premade, are crooked. It looks really sloppy and not worth the money I paid. I reached out to them on May 30th to the email they listed on the comments in the reviews and no response. I messaged them on their webpage and it's been 9 days without a response. I called and waited on hold for around an hour and couldn't wait on the phone any longer. I need a resolution.

Inaccurate size

had an existing tub that was 30x60. with glass shower doors. Dimensions listed on the website shows 30x60 with overall 32.625 in width. however once installed and I get home to see the work, it's narrower on top because of the Alcove. now im stuck with small shower i cant use. want to return.

More narrow than advertised

After installation actual size measures 25 inches. So narrow I cannot turn around. This is misrepresentation. Frustrating and expensive.

Measurements are misleading- Narrow

This shower surround makes the shower extremely narrow. Do not be mislead by 30x60. The interior dimensions ranged from 22in (at the top) wide to 25in (at base). It fits in a 30x60 space, but it is much more narrow installed. We had to tear it out and replace it due to the tight fit.

Great product

This alcove shower wall has only one long shelf to put you items in. No like other that have so many holes that retaine the water in and waste so much time drying hole by hole. My profound thanks to the manufacturer.

Good enough to get buy

Simple to assemble, pretty thin walls...

It is a bit narrow but works fine

make sure to purchase in store and check the box ahead of time. the shower pan that matches had some dents in but lowes was easy to return and swap

They gave me a used one and it has some scratches

The product would be good if it didn't have some scratches on it the front which are visible inside the shower. I'm not sure how to fix it - maybe car polishing kit? I'll try but I shouldn't have to do this.

misleading

This ad is misleading. I researched a 4 piece shower kit and this is one of the ones that popped up. They cut the back wall in half and counted it as 2 pieces. 4 piece shower kit should include 3 wall panels and the shower floor. I would have never purchased this if I had known this! I could've gotten the whole kit for cheaper. I literally had to pay a extra $328 for a shower bottom.

Niche makes it tight

Love the way it looks and it was pretty easy to install. The niche takes up a couple of inches of space away from the width for your upper body, so take that into consideration when purchasing.

Open box before leaving store

I purchased this shower surround at my local Lowes. Prepared my bathroom by removing old shower, opened the new surround box to find it cracked and missing half the support ribs on the back. Return but then had to drive to next closest Lowes to get one. Opened box to find some damage, but could drive to a third Lowes and wait another day without a shower at home. It won't affect it's function but still disappointing to pay this much and it be damaged.

New Bath/Shower Combo

courteous, professional staff, service. Tony was very helpful and provided vital information for our purchase, as were customer service staff on purchase & pickup. Upon opening bath, found tub has a scratch and dent on top, see photos; please advise.
