Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
The splash guard has mixed performance. Some found it effective at keeping water off the bathroom floor, but the majority reported significant issues. The adhesive tape does not adhere well, especially when wet, causing the guard to fall off or not stay in place. The design also has flaws, such as a gap that allows water to leak through. Overall, the product is viewed as low-quality and poorly designed, undermining its core purpose. Many customers would not purchase it again.

Would RecommendWe purchase splash guards at Lowe's but used chalk that dries clear. I plastered lots of caulking to make sure the slash guard stayed in place after drying 24hours. This time after we showered there were no water or leaks on the floor. We are so thankful that we applied it the right way cause the adhesive on the slash guards are not strong enough to hold you have to use the chalking to make it work and the doesn't cost over $3.00. I hope this review can help everybody.
Splash Guards for Guest Bathroom Tub
Would RecommendPurchased the splash guard kit hoping it would help stop some of the water than manages to get out in the corner edge of the shower/tub. They work great! Easy to install - make sure the surface is clean and dry.

Splash gaurd
Would RecommendNot well made. Had to use silicone to keep in place. If tub is not square, corrugated spot does not spread out.

Leaks
Would Not RecommendPurchased this item. Prepped surface, clean, dry no residue, applied this stop and it leaks like its not even there. I plumb, wire, frame, and trim... this product fails miserably. I believe the tape is open cell and allows water to flow though it.
Works Ok, with a little caulking for a better seal
Would RecommendThe Magic Brand of splash guards have a slot at the corner, so guess what? The water leaks right through the hole, down the tub and onto the floor. You can add caulking for a better seal. Had to take back for exchange tape on unit I got, does not stick properly.

Ignore the Negative Reviews
Would RecommendThese work great! As mentioned by another reviewer, the "slit/hole" in the splash guard is there by design! If you read reviews on "other" brands of splash guards, a common complaint is the guard doesn't fit because the customers wall and bathtub are not perpendicular to each other (not at a true 90 degree angle). The benefit of this brand is the "slit" in the product allows for you to "adjust" the guard so it will meet both the tub and the wall. (HINT: Take a hard cover book and place it in the...
A joke of a product
Would Not RecommendThis company should be ashamed they sell such low quality products. The adhesive tape they provide does not stick. This makes the product useless and essential allows they to steal money from consumers. Will never trust or purchase this brand again.
Works great
Would RecommendThose with kids know that a shower curtain just isn't enough when trying to keep water off the bathroom floor. This product helps tremendously and gets the job done. I know a previous complaint mentioned the cutout in the corner of the splash guard that allowed water to pass through onto the floor. The cutout is by design, "not" a design flaw. The cutout is there to allow for the guard to be expanded or contracted so that it can better conform to corners that are not square. Once the splash gua...
Splash Guards have slit/hole LEAKS WATER
Would Not RecommendThe Magic Brand of splash guards have a slot at the corner, so guess what? The water leaks right through the hole, down the tub and onto the floor. I've sent a message to the company and requested a refund. Don't waste your money.
