Would RecommendI needed a small but powerfully bright light for inspecting dark spaces in and under homes. This light is great for that; it is very bright. The downside is that it burns through batteries more quickly than other flashlights I have had. And, once the battery charge gets low, the light will still turn on and be bright but only for a few seconds. It took me a while to figure out that this was a result of the low batteries. This flashlight will NOT stay on !!
Would Not RecommendAm on my second one now, the brightest setting ( most important one) will only stay on for a few seconds then shut off....just a week after minor usage ! Will be returning this second one also soon . Have been happy with other energizers in the past but THIS flashlight has serious malfunction issues... that's a shame for the bright light is indeed very bright.
