On switch very hard to push
Would Not RecommendIf you hit the on switch like normal, it doesn't make contact. You have to push HARD to get it to operate. My wife will have problems with this and that isn't good. The install went fine. I have to go back to Lowe's for a cover plate any way... not sure if normal use will loosen the on switch up or not.

Can't go wrong with Lutron
Would RecommendLutron is good stuff, and these are nice if you don't want to program the digital dimmers. Simple on/off switch and analog dimmer, from THE name in switches and dimmers. The three way option is nice.
