Would Not RecommendI bought this for the easy-to-read two-sided tape and the positive reviews. I assumed the other features would be great. The first disappointment was the "reach" which doesn't deliver as promised. The recoil is so strong this thing makes you want to wear heavy gloves just for the hand and finger protection from this tape measure's bite. The "lock" button doesn't. It stops tape recoil when it feels like it, but usually allows a random slow creep as the tape retreats into the heavy case. The ...

The clip is trash
Would Not RecommendWould never waste money on another one of these. The clip is a piece of trash that you constantly have to tighten and still find it rotating on me. Tested the stupid lock guard when I gronk smashed it on the ground everything else is okay just fix the clip.
