Had to get support twice and had great help each time

Awesome lock!

I purchased this lock for an INTERIOR door that is far away from my house but requires monitoring. It's perfect because I can let people in (including deliveries) without having to walk all the way over to that door. Easy to control from my phone and lots of different options for providing people access (provide entry codes to finger prints to "scheduled times" when the door can be unlocked)

Excellent smart lock

Purchased it for our airbnb condominium unit , has all the features needed for guest entry and check out.

This is an excellent lock with very nice features. This is a great lock for vacation rentals which support the owners and high end features for renters.

Great investment

I've had this lockily vision for about 5 years now and it is one of my best investment's. I dont have to look or worry about lost keys, great for family access when you're away from home. The audio and camera keeps you from having to make unnecessary trips to the door. Its amazing and I love it.

great lock but should have the camera activate when someone is in front of it hard to know where the doorbell is

Great secure smart lock

This lock has changed our life. It is such a relief to both have the lock lock automatically but also be able to close or open the the lock remotely. The notification and vision when someone is pressing the door bell is another great feature.

Great features great device all in one.

It's a great opportunity to have a all-in-one device and only use one app I plan on buying more locks. It is a bit pricey for them but the support and the quality you receive is worth it.

This lock self locks,which give such peace of mind

We replaced an existing touch screen coded lock - but it was not a smart lock. I love all the functions this lock allows me to do - eg self locking, camera to see who is at your door, finger print unlocking and remote lock or unlock from anywhere - Brilliant lock.Would recommend to anyone that needs the above feature's.

Good quality vision in day lighting not good night

I bought this a month ago had a few problems installing as I was trying to use existing holes they should have more options in a simple cover plate then mount to that photo below. Also when door is rung instead of a just a notification it should open app so it's ready to operate instead of then having to go to app and then wait for connections

Does the job

Had this for several months....it works...but every so often it gets knocked off the "network" and the functions that make it worth the price don't work AND it's difficult to troubleshoot and fix. I just wait for the lock to come back on line which could be days to weeks. It could be user error, but the help function is not user friendly nor model specific.
