Nice lock, missing some integrated features

Would Recommend

Takes 8 batteries, requires an annoying base station to be physically connected to a router which is very inconvenient. Nice lock otherwise, works well, looks nice and has good functionality. Do not like the wired door sensor as it's unsightly and cannot add a wireless one. Needs to have these features included within the lock and that will help immensely.

Privacy and security

Would Not Recommend

In this time of surveillance, this lock requires an app and signing of an extremely long legal release in which one relieves the manufacturer of any responsibility for their product - which is meant to keep the buyer secure, not the business. Tragically, if one has an older door in a humid climate, it may be hard for the lock to keep the door shut thus it doesn’t lock. Last, if the WiFi is far or the signal is not sufficiently strong, it also causes issues in using the device.

Amazing Smart Lock

Would Recommend

I purchased this lock so that my children could gain entry to our home without their keys. Especially my kiddos who are not driving and typically don't carry keys with them. The fingerprint entry has been an ease for them. I can also give remote access to my cleaning person and that has been incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend this lock.
