Impressive lock

Good lock. Well made. Very strong. Has video but only when someone pushes the doorbell on the lock. Doesn’t record motion. Fingerprint scanner is excellent.

Great quality product

Was looking through different dead bolts at the local hardware store and decided on the LOCKLY Vision for its camera and various settingss. I specially like the Rain feature since it rains a lot in Washington state which makes it easy to enter the house without any issues.

Awesome smart lock

I bought two of these for my new apartment overseas. One for the main door, the other one for the rooftop access. I was anxious to have these installed after furnishing an entire apartment and leaving the country afterwards. The installation instructions were very clear and I was able to automate every feature of the lock remotely. I already scared a few curious eyes in front of my apartment. Product is awesome!

Great product and feature & Really easy to install

This is my 1st smart door lock and I did install in under an 30 mins, Really great feature like door bell and camera included. We can use fingers print and unlock the door from anywhere, We don't have to pay for any monthly fees for this. Security of home and family both. Good deal comes with one year warranty.

Mostly good experience with this lock

We have had the lock a little over a year and it mostly has been great and super convenient. However, we were disappointed it malfunctioned so soon (wouldn’t connect to the hub) and had to be replaced. It was under warranty so they replaced it but the replacement process took longer than I would have liked.

Does everything we need it to do

We are using most of the features of this lock including the video doorbell, One time passcode, permanent passcodes, fingerprint sensor and touchpad screen. I don't like that you can't set it permanently to a brighter setting. You have to inform each person using the lock how to make the screen brighter so you can see it in the sun. That alone requires a lot of random instructions I wish I didn't have to give every user. Also not crazy about the fact that my renter can defeat the entire lock by ...

We purchased our lock set about a month ago and installed ourselves. Upon opening the packaging for the lock set it was obvious that LOCKLY is serious about their products, very well packaged! Everything needed for the install, setup and operation of the product is in the box, each installation step basically has its own unique box of components- neat and organized. We did have a little bit of carpentry work to do on our door and jamb to accommodate the lock set but after that was done instal...

Perfect for my new home

I purchased this unit for my new home. It works great and I like the option to assign single entry codes to individuals like house cleaners, etc. My family is setup for biometric entry. There is no code sharing and the house seems to be very secure. I also love the auto-lock feature. I know that the house is always locked.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago, did the installation myself (I've no experience of being handy whatsoever), instructions were pretty clear, there is video of installation steps on website too, it was quite helpful. Works like a charm now. I dont have to go to door all the time now, I can see what's happening at my door anytime by turning on the camera.
