The lock itself is great; however it will not hold up well in a hot and humid climate like Florida in a home or condo environment if the temp is really cold inside (70 or less) and hot/humid outside (>90 w/high humidity). The outside elements transfers through the bore hole which causes high condensation within the inside portion of the lock which will ultimately render the lock useless because the inside is shorted via condensation. The Lock Is Awesome!!!!

We recently bought this for our condo. We wanted a smart lock but also one that had a manual key option in case of power outages. This lock is great. We especially love the fingerprint unlocking and the auto locking after the door shuts. It was fairly easy to install. There are 2 apps and the one in the manual is the old one. So when you get it just download the newer app from the App Store. Other than that this was a great buy!

I love the secureplus because it uses my fingerprint to open, so when my hands are full of groceries or the dogs leash, I don't need to worry about finding my keys. It also helps my forgetfulness stop me from being locked out of the house!

Exactly what we wanted

We have had our lock since September of 2022 and are so happy with it. The app makes it easy to add users and change codes. It's exactly what we were looking for. We have the locks on two doors so the app is especially handy for managing both

Feeling secure!

Lot of smart lock deadbolts on the market and thought this was just another but I gave it a try. Bought a great entry door and a great deadbolt would top it off. So pleased at the ease to install and the ease of use. Have already recommended it to a friend wanting a secure front door.

Best lock!

I love all the different options to unlock the door. The no-peeking feature is nice. I really like it for allowing people in on a limited-time basis. It would be great for anyone with a rental or Airbnb.

Great Purchase

I've had mine for over a year, and it's held up great and is very convenient to have. Dependable use, fingerprint is accurate and effective, and the one and only time that i had an issue with the battery usage, Lockly replaced it under their warranty and the exchange process was very seamless. I'll likely be buying another one in the future!

Never have to worry about being locked out

We have a Lockly on our front door and love the fingerprint feature. We don't have to worry about lost keys and I can track when people enter or leave the house. The lock also allows us to give codes to people to enter when we are not there and we can time the period that the code works.

I bought this product for the front door of my residence and loved it! It was very ascetically pleasing and the simple finger print entrance access was convenient when you couldn’t locate the house keys.

Great Product, Few Minor Issues

I have been using Lockly for 2 years now and for the most part I love the product. I don't have to bring keys along with me and can quickly get into my house. I have noticed two small issues though. Lockly is battery powered, and as the battery weakens, it's locking mechanism weakens with it. I have to pull the door closed or else it won't latch and make this horrible alarm noise. Works great for what we need

We bought this lock before family came to town so they could easily get in and out of our house when we were at work. It worked perfectly. The only problem I see is I wish there was an easier way to keep the door unlocked for a certain amount of time. There is a feature in the app that does something like this, but it seems like you have to select a certain day it will always keep it unlocked. It's amazing and works just as I was hoping!

It's so much easier to put your finger print and open and lock your door. If for some reason it's not working the key always works to unlock the deadbolt but it almost never happens! Its so convenient and easy and nice to be able to just lock and unlock with a fingerprint!

Great choice for upgrading my front door lock!

This has all the features I wanted. Quick access by fingerprint for our whole family, smartphone access capability with the wifi add-on, and guest access for our babysitter. Battery life is great. Have another device for access to our garage door. Lockly is my choice for any additional smart locks I'll need.
