Replaced two other Smart Locks and very impressed!

I put smart locks on my home and office doors. One was a off-brand fingerprint lock at my office and the other was a Halo Kwikset code lock at my home. Both of those failed entirely within a year. I replaced the office lock with this and it is very reliable under a heavy use situation. I like it so much I installed the same on at my home. Very pleased with both!!!

Easy to use lock

I have had my lockly smart lock for a year now and I am super satisfied with using it. It is simple to use and you can lock the door with your phone. I don't even need to carry my keys out anymore! This lock even has a automatic lock function after a certain amount of time passes. If you want a state of the art lock with out all the hassle of using keys then try out this lock.

Easy to install and use

I bought this about a month ago to give me peace of mind while on vacation in case my cat needed emergency assistance. I felt confident that I could give access to anyone to be able to enter my home to help my cat. The lock is sleek and looks great. One star removed because the fingerprint scanner can be difficult at times but when it works, it works great. I wish it wasn’t so close to the door jam either.

UNBELIEVABLY EFFORTLESS SAFET

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. With a new dog, I’d be going out for walks so often and forgot my keys a couple of times. I just love the ease of shutting the door and knowing it automatically locks in 30 seconds. And all I needed to get in was my fingerprint. Amazing.

Easy to set up and works great!

I've had this over a year now and it's been great. It's easy to operate and store family member fingerprints. I haven't had any issues with connectivity or access.

Lockly is amazing

I have 3 Lockly locks across my home and with one tap in the app I ensure all exterior doors are locked. No more checking each one. I have the front door set to auto-lock after 1 minute of being unlocked. That feature saves me when the neighbors kids try just walking in my front door to play with my son. Great Lock

This has been a great lock for both the front door and the garage door. They get used multiple times a day and have no issues at all using fingerprint or code.

Lockly Lock with Fingerprint, Code, or Key...

I installed this at my brothers house in Southern California. What a good choice. I replaced an aging door lock that needed more tech. This lock fit the bill. I mainly wanted to use this for the fingerprint option, but its also nice to know that it has a code that rotates, as well as a key if all else fails. Customer Care Service: ZERO stars

I had a problem with Smart Lock, needed to resolve it soon, I was locked out. Two weeks go by with 24 hrs delay or more for each question to be answered. Finally I did resolve the problem by myself. When the customer care agent give me the answer to solve the problem almost 2 weeks later, I already have it done.

Unbelievable product! This is my third one!

Words can't describe how much this lock has changed my household, it is incredibly convenient to not worry about bringing keys every time we leave the house and having the numbers change on the pin pad for extra security is incredible!

Lockly Dead bolt

This is my 2nd purchase and I love these lock. It seems to have a better scanner for the fingerprint. Much more reliable !!

Overall easy to use

Had this installed about 2 weeks ago and has worked well. The one complaint is that the instructions are a bit vague on the app but able to ultimately get it set up.
