Great featues! Easy, yet very Secure!

I bought this about a year ago. It works flawlessly! I can open remotely easily if needed, get a record of anyone opening the door with timestamp, and how they unlocked (fingerprint, code, etc.) In my opinion the best lock when security and access matters!

Contractor recommended and had two of these installed, love all the features and ease of use, the app is intuitive and easy to use. Only would have liked a deadbolt version of this with the same look and features, you pay a little more but worth it in the long run

LOCKLY SECURE PLUS - Excellent project

I bought this lock about 3months ago to use in my garage. The material used is solidly built in black. Even after daily used, there is no scratching on the service, its cleaning looking.. connected to a hub, we haven’t seen any problems with this device.. its work really well and the software is very easy to use and the reporting alert are good

Product is great, but the warranty is just ok

The product itself is great; however, the first one I purchased started to consume the batteries very quickly. It'd drain the Duracell batteries in 4 months. I used the high-end Optimum version so it's even better than the regular Duracell ones. Once I submitted the warranty claim, they said it's malfunction due to the electronics so it's a 2 years vs 5 years had it been mechanical. They only offered a discount on the replacement lock. Great features, poor connectivity.

I have had my lock for over a year now, so I have had a chance to see if there would be improvements. I like the interface features and the fact that you can simply use your fingerprint to open the door. This works wonderfully for our kids. The scanner was a bit finicky in the beginning, but I am guessing updates have now made it more reliable. My main gripe is when trying to open the lock via the app. Most times the connection times out. Sometimes I can exit the app and then go back in and out ...

Best home security we didn't know we needed!

We got our Lockly Secure Plus Smart Lock a couple of months ago. I was initially leery, thinking, we already have a deadbolt, and keys work fine. Consider my eyes opened! We have two children under 10, and first of all, they LOVE opening the door with their fingerprint! It's a race to get there first! Great product at a great price.

I bought this lock over a year ago have yet to change the batteries I go frequently inside and outside of my house where it conveniently locks the door every single time, so there’s no need to wonder whether or not I locked the door. It has countless features, and I love every last feature, especially having people over for the holidays where they can use temporary codes that I can delete at any time At the push button.

When it works it’s great but there is times when you can’t access it thru the internet. Getting better with some of the updates but still does it on occasion

Great for Airbnb houses

I bought this product to put on a house that I have listed on Airbnb… I Can set the combinations for this door, lock remotely, using the Wi-Fi adapter. I can set the combination to be the phone number of each renter, making them feel secure that the combination is unique to them. With the scheduling feature of this lock… I can make the door combination, only active for the duration of their stay.

Nice Lock, keypad goes bad

Had 2 of these locks for 3 years, very nice lock, but they are not made to be in the weather, the screens go bad within 2 years. I’ve had to replace both of mine, one was covered by warranty..

Helpful, easy and safe.

We appreciate ours every day. It makes it easy to come and go without the hassle of keys circulating. If we have a family member stopping by we can give them a code instead of an extra house key to keep track of. It's a solid design and just feels secure.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with it. I have recommended it to all my friends an family. It was easily to install and set up. I will be purchasing the wifi hub next to go with it.

Peace of mind

I bought this a month ago and we are all loving it. We primarily use the fingerprint to enter the home and so far havent had any issues. Its so easy to use even when its dark outside.

LOCKLY for us has been an excellent product.

Awesome lock, especially when using fingerprint… quick easy access to unlock. Also giving one day access to someone to come into the home to feed your birds, when away for the weekend or even opening the door remotely. It’s a excellent luck in my opinion.
