Great Product/Rental & Conference Room Booking

Use the smart locks for multiple locations for multiple use cases. Used for access to our server room and electrical closet in one location and a shared conference room in another location. Simple access with fingerprint technology. Had an issue with one of the locks upon install. Reached out and within a week, a new lock was sent. Will use again in the future for other locations.

Straightforward installation, easy to set up.

Best purchase we've made for a long time. I had to modify the door on a very old house, which took time, but the actual lock installation was simple with very clear instructions.

This Door Lock is brilliant.

Easily installed, easy to set-up & easy to use! It even looks great. Multiple different ways to open with the fingerprint access the best. Deadlock offers even more security and the remote access via the app is an added bonus for us. Forget the old fashioned style of door locks, these absolutely rock!

The best lock ever

This was the first lock we purchased, and we’ve been using it for three years now—it’s absolutely fantastic. We live in New York, where winters are brutally cold and harsh, yet this lock has never frozen, no matter how heavy the snow or how intense the rain. It’s truly weatherproof! Delighted to have purchased this product. It was less costly than some of the alternatives available but the design is sleek and cool, and it performs as advertised.

Screen doesn't work when in sun

The screen turns off so you can't see the numbers if the sun is shining on it. Not sure if it's a thermal protection because it works again at night. This makes using the lock for when my kids get home from school useless. Also I'm guessing the screen is covered in plastic as our fingernails have left many scratches making it even harder to see. Lockly won't fix or replace it. Only offering me a 30% discount if I want to buy another one. No thanks.

Works every time

I installed this handle for home shop access. We are in and out many times during the day, the bio reader works every time. We have a Lockly deadbolt bio reader on the house door as well. The app works very well also, very impressed! Replaced a Schlage touch pad that worked 25% of the time.

Strong modern looking product. Has all features.

We specifically wanted a fingerprint scanner lock but also wanted to have the mechanical option with the key, in case if any electronic issue or batteries failing. We liked the robust look of this lock and it feels robust to use as well. The fingerprint scanner is fast and convenient. We have set the pin code however we haven’t used it much as the fingerprint scanner is quicker. Now the kids are older they all have their fingerprint in it so now I can’t race the kids to the door and get in first...

Amazing functionality, easy to install and set up

I bought this a month ago on the recommendation of a locksmith after initially trying two other brands. I had to return the other two because I couldn't get them to fit or work properly. This was easy to install, assemble and set up. SO happy with it and would highly recommend. No more teenagers walking out of the house leaving the front door open! Yay!

Good Finger print reader

I bought this lock. Its profile is large and looks magnanimous on the door. I decided to go with the fingerprint option so that my kid can open it as well if locked outside. I ordered the LH side fingerprint version of the lock. Satin Nickle finish is good as it is smudge-free. If you have a smart hub from Lockly, you can add this version of the lock for control of the lock over wi-fi.
