Bought 3 mos ago. It has been perfect for our rental. Love that I can see and chat with my renters. The off site connection works better than expected.

Wanting to replace my doorbell with a recording video door ball , found this perfect combo of digital lock with video capturing ability . I must say this enhanced the look of my front door providing security as intended. Will recommend it to anyone

Solid construction, great features.

Great lock, love the finger print reading feature. Our door is in direct sunlight and it's almost impossible to read the numbers, so the finger print reader is a must.

I installed this on the gate of my business and it went in pretty easily. We love the changing face when you punch in your combo, but many other features are spotty at best: The automatic locking option is a real problem as sometimes it locks before the gate is closed, essentially locking it open! The battery is not lasting nearly as long as I would have hoped, about a week, 2 at the most. I bought vision elite almost a year ago, I had issue with lock not connecting to hub. I called support and within minutes I was back on-line with hub! Kind Regards

Fantastic Lock!

I have purchased several models over the years, and this is the best so far! The technology is amazing. The fingerprint reader works very well and reads prints quickly. It makes it so nice for my young kids to easily open the door with their fingerprint. The camera and voice features are wonderful. I would absolutely recommend!

Amazing Product

This lock has been so amazing. We love it in my household. You have the option to set multiple PIN codes and finger prints. Being able to see the video and having the doorbell feature is amazing! I wish I’d gotten this lock years ago.

A great product with amazing features!

We were updating our front door, and replacing the old hardware was one of them. After much research, we went with the Lockly Vision Elite Video Smart Lock. The installation was relatively straightforward (took me about 45 minutes) but the features and look are brilliant. The mobile app is great and easy to use. Great product!

I purchased this deadbolt about a month ago. It was very easy to install and set up (there is plenty of video instructions online) The ease of use and the fact that it uses your wifi and requires no subscription to use makes it very attractive over "other' products and has more features.

The best option for forgetful kids

I originally bought this to replace my pinpad deadbolt before I went on vacation. I have 4 kids and each one of them has lost their key so I wanted to be sure they weren't locked out while I was out of town. I love the fingerprint feature as it is super easy for me to get in to my home with a bunch of groceries. I also own a dog who likes to open the door so the automatic lock has helped a ton with containing him.

Everyday use moderate complicated.

The numbers are hard to put in, the finger print is the best to use there is a limit. When people are new to it and the numbers jump around, the numbers would be better just a little bit bigger. I the owner have trouble getting the numbers to come up not knowing how to turn on the machine to put the code in. I use this for temporarily housing. I Love it so much I purchased a second one

Purchasing Lockly Elite Video Smart Lock was the best decision I made. The auto record allows me to be more at ease with traffic near my door. People know there is a camera, so they are on their best behavior.

Well built product except…

The lock is very well built. A lot of features that are very nice. The only reason that I cannot give it a five star is the camera. In normal dayl/night conditions, the camera is very good. But when somebody walks up to the door I cannot see their face. The face is very dark as they approach the door. So if you don’t get a good view of them before they get within, I’d say 12 foot of the camera you won’t be able to tell who it is unless you recognize the body in the hair. This is an all-in-one product that replaces 3 or more products deadbolt, doorbell, camera and listen & talk. This lock is extremely durable and easy to install.

Awesome

Had to replace a Nest by Yale. Decided on the Lockly video elite because it was all inclusive and didn’t need a separate pay service. Love the fingerprint reader. Makes it super easy to open the door while holding grocery bags.

Works well

My only complaint is that the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work reliably. Often I need to resort to using the key.

All in one

Bought this a year ago and I’m pleased with the features and the ability to be notified of activity on the lock, camera, and to communicate with people at the front door. I can set up a numeric code or fingerprint for someone else. What can I say bad, not much except that I wish the camera was in 4K or higher resolution and if the price wasn’t so steep. But overall I would buy it again if I needed to.
