Would RecommendI bought this lock about 6 months ago for residential use and for the most part I am very happy with it. Now I did have a could issues which I believe are firmware issues at which I sent the lock to Lockly for review and they sent me a replacement after a couple days of diagnosing. Would RecommendI bought the Vision Elite just this year in November. I previously had another LOCKLY the Latch but for some reason the batteries kept dying. I had no more warranty on it and couldn’t get a refund but LOCKLY customer service was able to provide me a more than generous discount on ANY lock I wanted.
