Good product so far for outdoor marquee back light

light and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a easy light to install is a narrow area. It has a great amount of light and the light is very bright. So far it is being used in our garage utility area and is more than enough light for seeing the small items well.

Lightning

Purchased 4 units. Very good. Went next week to purchase 4 more. Price increase of $10.00 per unit. 20% increase returned for price adjustment and assistant manager said we have increase every day.

Very pleased - Like daylight in our dark garage

I recently replaced an old 4-foot fluorescent light in our garage with this LED light. It came with clear instructions and all of the pieces needed for installation (wire couplers, screws, "saddle" clamp to protect wire at opening, etc). I did have to splice in a short piece of wire to connect the ground wire, but that is because I only had enough Romex coming out of the wall to reach about 4 inches inside the fixture. Great fluoresecent replacement

Picked up two of these to replace a couple of older T12 fluorescents in the garage. Much "cleaner" light, more of a daylight color than before. Installation was a pain, as others have noted, the unit base (the part that mounts to the ceiling) is attached via hardwire to the lighting assembly, so it just hangs & flops around while mounting. Instructions aren't very clear, but they don't really need to be for this - pretty basic 2 wire connection and multiple mounting holes for different applicati...

Excellent product, but...

Nice color temperature, far more lumens than the 32 W fluorescents they replaced. Excellent diffuser. Not configured for plug-in operation though. I had to jerry-rig them to make that work. If you don't want them hard wired and aren't comfortable with NEC, then you'll either need to hire an electrician or look for a different product.

Check the Box

The two I bought had broken covers, so I had to go back to Lowe's and get new one, my fault I guess for not checking but apparently they were handled with little to know care.

Wonderful quality and brightness of light.

Be sure to open the box before purchase. The plastic cover was cracked on two out of the five I purchased. That being said, the light is easy to install and of great brightness.

Bar light

Big light from a small strip

This little thing put out A LOT of light. Bought 2 to light up a hayloft that wasnt being used due to lack of lighting. Ended up only needing 1 and it like daylight up there.

Super bright light with easy install

We have a 16 x 20 building that we installed it in and it is perfect for it. It is just the right size for what we need it for and it is just bright enough. It works well for our needs.
