These are super lightweight, easy to install yourself (if you know some rudimentary wiring), and provided more than enough light coverage (so much so that it was a 2:1 ratio of old fixtures to new ones).

Would RecommendI purchased two of these and when I opened on of them the diffuser was broken on one end and split down the middle making it unusable. I returned it and purchased another. Before I bought the second one I checked for damage. It didn't appear to be damage, but when I got home and took the diffuser off a piece of the end fell off. I glued it back together with super glue. These are stored on end and I suspect they are getting dropped when set out in their racks. There is no packaging to protect...

Bright, but too short of wire leads
Would Recommend5500 lumens definitely makes my garage much brighter than the old 2x48" fluorescents, but installation wasn't very easy thanks to too short of wire leads. Be prepared to add some wire to make ends meet, literally.

Would RecommendThe lights were very easy to install and the amount of light is amazing, but not too bright or glaring. They are dimmable when used with a dimmer switch. My woodshop has a 10' ceiling and is fairly large. I can see very well everywhere without the need of additional lighting.
