Would Not RecommendI purchased this over the weekend and paid $12.97 with the hope that it would help a problem I am having with area dogs. I live in an apartment on 1st floor by the stairs. The people upstairs bring their dogs down and the dogs always stop right in front of my patio and urinate on the bushes. Because of this the bushes are dying and look horrible.
