Cheap junk

When you go to squeeze it out, the head either gets stuck behind the roller or it just falls off. Cheap junk, I wish Lowes would get another brand.

Poor design

Darn head kept popping off all the time! Difficult to use

Mop head falls off constantly; barely cleans

Not sure why this design is even still around. The sponge mop head constantly falls off -- unless you keep the mop at a specific angle. Who wants to do that? Sponge pretty much just pushes around the dirt without really picking it up.

Meh

It works but the scrubbing brush while a nice idea gets in the way and sometimes it doesn’t ring out right it almost breaks itself

Not as good as I was expecting.

I really like how easy it is to wring out; just what I was looking for. Unfortunately I don't care for the scrubby pads. They made the mop drag across my floor. I think a plain sponge would be better. Also the brush part made it so it wouldn't go under my cupboards.

Fail

This mop would be great, I'm sure, if you only ever had to mop the middles of rooms that had no furniture. However, as most of us do actually have furniture, and many of us do actually clean the whole room, this mop is a complete and utter failure. As soon as you have to pull it backwards from the wall or from a piece of furniture, or push it from a position of being vertical, the mop head literally falls off every time. Poorly Constructed

Songe portion keeps dislodging form part that holds it in place.

First use and the sponge keeps falling off . The whole thing!!!! Just pops right out. Mistly this occurs when I press hard.. I have 4 elderly chihuahuas. I light run of the mop isn't gonna clean the floor. I got a better clean with the wet pads mop The sponge also doesn't allow you to easily reach to the walls like the rectangle sponge mops do. Also, it does not fit under the kitchen cabinet toe kick areas. It's going back to lowes Monday. As long as I still have my receipt.

TERRIBLE DESIGN DO NOT PURCHASE

The genius who designed this mop made it so the mechanism for locking/unlocking the sponge triggers on pretty much any amount of force/friction -- meaning, the sponge is going to come unlocked CONSTANTLY as you use it. Lowes needs to pull these from the shelves and set them on fire.

The head of this mop falls off while wringing the mop out and has to be reattached.

AWFUL

Extremely poor locking mechanism. The sponge would continiously fall off while rinsing in bucket and also while mopping back and forth. Terrible!
