buy for the scrubber brush, return for the mop :/

hard scrubber brush is nice and actually functional, however, the main reason for getting a mop is completely useless in this product. I found it was fine and dandy when pushing forward, yet problems were instantly evident when puling the mop back to myself. The sponge head will dislodge nearly 100% of the time, making it both useless and as such, completely infuriating. Only reason I've gone ahead and given this two stars is the fact that the scrubber brush is really good -- go figure

Worst Mop EVER

This is the worst mop I've ever purchased. I bought 2 mops and a spare mop head and all three mop heads turned out to be only good for 1 use, the next time I tried to use it the mop tore in half even after pre-soaking it and they were only used with straight water.

Questions seem to be useless

As with the others, needed a mop, you had one I bought it

Pulling mop rearward will cause mop head to disengage from handle.Id return it for a refund if possible.Probably added 30 minutes to my normal routine

Use the bristle side first to loosen dirt.

Price was good. The product does not appear to be very durable but gets the job done for cleaning my work shop floor.

It’s not worth the money!

Bought to clean walls! Falls apart when trying to scrub them! Was better off going to the dollar tree!

terrible mop

I used the mop for the first time today and complained the whole time. The mop head kept popping off and the sponge just seemed to push the dirt around not absorbing it. I was so sure that I would like it that I bought an extra sponge also. I hope Libman stands behind their product and makes things right.

Works different than most sponge mopd

I really wouldn't buy it again. I found it difficult to use.

Ineffective

I was considering purchasing this product until I saw that video! I watched to see if the pull handle made it no-touch ringing but instead it just releases the sponge. No biggie but then the video shows the mop in action and apparently it's not very absorbent and obviously can't pick up solids. Hard pass!

Sponge wouldn't stay on

Used this product three times before the sponge tore in half. Each time it was used for very small cleanups and the sponge wouldn't stay in the channel. I will go back to the old fashion mops...

Bad sponge design

Terrible sponge design. Rounded instead of FLAT does not absorb wetness from floor. Awful product.
