Awesome in theory but wouldn’t work for us

It’s very sleek looking, easy to install and has been working perfectly. I’ve never heard of this company before but I am very impressed. Sleek and convinient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The level lock is convenient, modern, and unassuming. It looks like a regular door knob with hidden modern features. With just one tap on my phone and the door opens. I don’t have to hustle with keys anymore. It is also convenient to let the kids or any relative in without me being there in the house. The installation was fairly easy and me being a girl I was able to install it.

Easy to use and Install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very pleasantly surprised with how easy this lock was to install. While I am good at DIY I have never replaced a lock before. The instructions were simple and easy to follow and setting up the lock on the app was also very easy. I am very satisfied with the security of the lock and I also like the little beeps and sounds that confirm if the bolt is locked or not.

No more searching for keys I can use my phone to unlock my door! Or a numerical code etc! I thought installation would be hard but it wasn’t! I am beyond thrilled with this product!

Level up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The level lock didn’t fit perfectly in our previous knob cutout but we were still able to configure it. It works great! The app is very easy to set up and you have multiple ways to lock/unlock it.

Do NOT buy this lock

The first day the lock was installed it locked and had an error “not in range” even though I was right next to the lock, and I was locked out of our home in the cold. Cost me $300 to get a locksmith out. I called Level customer service and requested a call back and am still waiting for response call 36 hours later.
