Would RecommendI used this panel to make a simple insulated shelter for an outside cat. It has a good coating of primer and the color is right for where it’s located on the covered porch, so I’m not going to paint it for now. I’ve used these before to replace the siding on a shed and it’s holding up well. Being primed made painting the shed quick and easy.

Would Not RecommendWe purchased these panels in 2021 thinking we were getting LP Smart panels. We did not know the there were LP panels that were not smart panels and would rot. Even with 2 coats of expensive outdoor paint that has a lifetime warranty (also didn't hold up) and the panels Not making ground contact, these have rotted severely in some places in 4 years. To the point i can pull them off by bare hand because they fall to peices and now I need to replace them. Honestly untreated plywood would have laste...

Would Not RecommendRead the product description, these are not the same as LP Smartside panels. Will not pass code. They are much less durable but also much cheaper. Still good for sheds and doghouses or anything that doesn't need to last a long time.

My main gripe is that I ordered this as a curbside pick-up, and after not receiving any notification 7 hours after ordering, I went inside to check on the order.
