Would RecommendBest rust neutralizer on the retail market because not only does it do a nice job converting rust to a paintable surface, it's neat too! No messy brushes, no waste, and it dries fast.

Would Not RecommendMaybe you should actually read my review before posting a reply to it. I never said anything that would make anyone think that I expected it to remove rust and not just convert it. The stuff never turned black like the instructions say. Maybe you have some very poor quality control since there are so many good AND BAD reviews. Don't tell me to read the label when you don't even read the reviews!
Don't like it at all
Would Not RecommendI went to Lowes looking for the Rustoleum brand Rust Reformer or something like that. Unfortunately this is all they had. Takes 24 hours to dry, has some wicked fumes, and says right on the label that it will cause any exposed metal that isn't rusted, TO RUST! Returned the second unused can. Wish I had read the label better before buying it. Had to go to that W---M--- place to get the Rustoleum stuff.

Cans clog very easily
Would Not RecommendStarted out good, then about one minute into use, first can stopped working efficiently and just turned to dribble. Taking the sprayer off and shaking helped a little but ultimately stopped working shortly after. Tried the second can and had repeat results.

Would Not RecommendI sprayed this product on my metal shed as directed to at least cover the rust. It was like spraying water on my shed. It did not impact the rust on my shed whatsoever. Nothing turned black. It stayed the same color as it was before I sprayed the product. Waste of money will not buy again.

Would RecommendUsed it on gas pipe to furnace that had become rusted due to water damage. Removed rust nicely. Followed instructions closely.
