Never worked

I purchased the dryer in early July. It hasn't worked yet after almost eight weeks. Warranty claim sent out twice. Last time tech came out was almost three weeks ago. Now dealing with Presidential Lison Team which yielded several texts and no action in over a week. Eight weeks without a dryer or resolution!

New beginnings

Mom likes it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this for over a month now I love it very much. Drys like a dream. love the big drum. Just wish it was a stainless-steel drum. I noticed it has scratches on the inside of drum already from drying jeans. Probably from the zippers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this washer dryer pair for about three weeks now, no issues. I am surprised that the dryer runs cool about halfway through the dry cycle when clothes are still wet but have been told this is normal and part of the energy saving feature. Hum... that doesn't make sense to me so I have switched off energy save and started using the timed dry feature and this gets my clothes dryer faster without over drying.

For a short time and have done minimal laundry. But the cycles I have tried work well and the systems are easy to figure out. I do wish the dryer light turned on when you opened the door. The unit has to be powered on in order for the light to go on.

D80 code nightmare

So tired of d80 code. Did all troubleshooting and still get it. Clothes not dried all the way through, often. Cannot connect it to wifi, even though I got the washer to connect. Would not get again.

Early evaluation

We have not started using the wifi yet, but hope to use it soon. Given everything we have done, I will rate the appliances #4, with #5 to be considered in the not to distance future.

Love the Wi-Fi enabled feature

I was looking for a Wi-Fi enabled dryer because it's in another part of the house when working, so just to know the current status and be told when the cycle is done is very informative so I can spend the least amount of time on doing laundry.

I am very happy with the way it works as a dryer. My wife and I are not up on the new technology so we don't use those features. Why did you buy it you ask. Well, the washer and dryer where not purchased at the same time. So this dryer matches the washer which we are very happy with also.

Awesome Equipment

The clothes come out softer and cleaning than any washer/dryer that we've ever used before!!! We did a lot of research before the purchase but are so Pleased with it's performance!!! LG is a great company to buy from they treat you really well!!!

I love my smart dryer. It's has so many great features like the wrinkles free feature which comes in handy when I'm doing a late night laundry session.

Lots of selections for washing & drying

They run nice & quiet and chime when the load is completed and send you text message. I also like the sanitizing feature.
