Would Not RecommendLG needs to recall this product and correct the spin cycle---due to the poor engineering and design you can not get through small loads without physically redistributing the clothes for the machine. TOO MANY TIMES--TO MANY LG machines--this falls on LG. Washing machines are not something LG does well.

We purchased this item because the price was less than half of the machine that we actually wanted to buy that had manual controls (no control modules). This unit operates quietly and does not vibrate excessively. Manual instructions understandable. So far so good.

Would Not RecommendThe previous one only lasted 4 years and needed a selection switch that cost over $300 and was going to take 3 weeks to get and then installed. We purchased a new one for $530. Added extended warrany, delivery and setup, and removal of old one. Veterans discount was not allowed on appliances.
