Very Good Washing Machine

Overall the washing machine is good. It is a little complicated to use. Getting it to default to using cold water and not use fabric softener was much harder than it should be. It is fairly quiet, has great capacity and has a great selection of cycles. My biggest complaint is the sloped lid. You can’t put anything on top of it without it falling off.

Very worth the money.

I love the matte black and the ability to connect to Wi-Fi to use some features on the app.

Impelling is compelling

I like most features of this washer. It has a smaller footprint than my previous and yet has a surprising large capacity. It cleans clothes as well as any I owned. It is quiet. My only complaint is that the top and the control panel both need constant wiping to deal with messy fingerprints. All in all a good purchase.

We have had this washing machine for a couple weeks. I was over our front loader so I was excited to get a top loader. I like the design and look of this washing machine. The tub is very large and fits my king comforter very well. I dont have any issue getting items out of the tub. It gets our clothes clean. Leaves clothes dirty, not enough water

I’ve only been using this washer for about a week and have run 4 loads in this washer. 2 of the 4 have been rewashes because I find that the clothes are visibly dirty after washing. Observing the wash, it seems that the machine doesn’t fill with enough water and some of the clothes at the top of the machine are nearly dry after the cycle is done. LOUD GRINDING NOISE WITHIN 24 HRS

This was my first LG purchase, and unfortunately it has been a very disappointing experience. I purchased this washer and by the third wash it began making a loud grinding noise. Thankfully this happened within 24 hours of purchase, so I immediately contacted Lowe’s for an exchange, assuming it might have just been a defective unit. Defective Unit and Aesthetic Damage

When the unit arrived, the detergent dispenser was leaking. Lowe's sent a team out quickly who said they could not detect or fix any issue. LG quickly sent a tech who identified the problem, noted that the softener dispenser also was not working at all (which I do not use and did not notice), and fixed the issues.
