I would like to say that the washing machine looks great and the guys that delivered it was friendly and fast. They were also on time. Lowe’s gave us a 4 hour window 11-3 and said that they had 4 stops ahead me, they were here at 11:08. Can’t beat that.

Water in Soap Dispenser
Would Not RecommendWe bought this washer in December 2025. Within two weeks the writing on the detergent dispenser was wearing off. Read online that if the soap is overfilled this could happen. I blamed it on myself, BUT didn't think that it was really my fault. I covered the words with clear packing tape. Next, both the detergent and fabric softener dispensers fill with water and sometimes bubbles after washing. I am forever trying to get water out of them. Would Not RecommendSeemed like a good machine until it destroyed my clothes. The agitator is too rough. The worst part is that you have to download the application on your phone to get some features like delicate washing. This means you have to use your phone when changing settings. It is by far the worst type of feature. Imagine having to use the washer and the phone together to use the machine. If your going to buy a washer, buy it at Costco.
