Runs fine but clothes are spotted

I have had this machine a few years and it has run just fine which I do appreciate. What I don't like is that my light clothes come out with dark marks on them and my dark clothes come out with a white powdery substance. I do clean my machine with a cleaning agent and it does not help. I asked about this once and it said to clean the machine a few times. I did that once and it didn't help either.

I loved the agitator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer right at 3 years ago. I loved the machine, but it started to not stop spinning. After 4 trips from the LG repairman with 4 parts replaced, I still don’t have a working machine.

Cleaned good, but….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine worked wonderfully until last month. It wouldn’t quit spinning. The LG repairman has been here twice and it still isn’t fixed. Apparently the parts he’s gotten are defective as well. I have loved the way it cleans, but my opinion has soured with this repair dilemma. We’ve had a month over 3 years. Surely it should last longer than that.

Don’t buy this machine!

Simple but unbalanced

It has a simple setup which is why we bought it, not to many buttons and makes to much noise, but it doesn’t seem to keep the barrel balanced. So the repair guy is always out.

Only lasted 2.5 years

I bought this new washer and dryer set as a gift to myself in 2021. The washer has always given me problems with powering on, however I wasn't aware that the machine itself was the issue, and not me. A few weeks ago, it literally stopped working, it won't power on at all. It's disappointing to see all of the reviews that literally have the exact same problem, for the amount of money it was purchased for. Power stopped working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I could give a 0. The power button randomly worked after one year and completely quit after 2 1/2 years. Now I am without a washer and need to purchase a new one. I love LG products but I won't purchase a LG washer again.

Love my washer

Awesome machine

I brought this washer two years ago it was a great buy. I have not had any issues with this machine washes great not loud and very sleek and stylish looking. I am an LG fan for life.

Never Again LG

That’s when I found out the part was discontinued and my 3 year old machine could not be repaired. I need to buy a new washer. Awful! Disgusted! Never buy an LG product again.

Beware LG Washing Machines!

Beware the LG washing machines. Had a wt7305 and it stopped working. One day just wouldnt turn on. Looked up reviews and found numerous other people with same issue. LG then discontinued the washer because they knew it was bad, but didn’t help any of the customers because out of warranty.

Great features and performance

I love this machine. With the WiFi connection capabilities, to the extra downloaded cycles, to the great cleaning of all clothes, there is nothing that I do not like.

Power button no longer works

I’ve only had this washer for 3 years and the suddenly the power button stopped working. I can’t get it to turn on. Unbelievable for the amount of money spent on this

Warning I don't have anything good to say about it

I bought this machine just over a year ago and I hate it. I bought it because I thought LG was the higher end of the washing machine family, I was wrong. I have nothing but issues with this machine. I wanted the mega capacity option because I do anywhere from 10-15 loads of laundry a week, from bedding, towels and clothing. I own an AIRBNB and cleanliness is my top priority. I can't do large loads and this machine does not fill up with enough water to rinse or get my clothes and bedding free of ...

Not worth the money

Died in 2 years 10 months. Will not power on, circuit board dead and not worth the replacement cost.

Bought this machine 3 years ago and fortunately I also bought an extended warranty. The panel controls ON/OFF switch is dead and the panel needs to be replaced

LG good hardware, tech could be better executed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had 2 years, 4 repairs each time on the electronics. The hard product is otherwise good. The tub senses the clothes amount, but they don't always get the entire load wet unless you select a full fill.
