Garbage product

I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst refrigerator I've ever had. Be prepared to buy bags of ice as this thing won't even produce enough ice in a 24-hour period for one person. The refrigerator gets too cold in the back and ice forms on my food. The compressor had to be replaced a few months after purchase and the ice maker worked a bit better after that but now it's back to making one tray a day. The water from the dispenser has never been cold, since day one. And of course, the lousy one...

Excellent product

Installed a few weeks ago and so far has been excellent. Ice maker/water dispenser is simple with just 3 options. Do not use the wifi system as too complicated. Love the lack of handles. Suggestion would be to ad a 3rd pullout drawer for loose small cheese/meat packages

Nice Refrigerator: Does What It Should

First of all this is a good looking refrigerator. I shared a picture on social media and received a compliment. It has plenty of space inside for all my perishables in both the freezer and the refrigerator. I really like the ice maker in the door feature. It works quite well and doesn't consume a lot of shelf space in the freezer. I also like the size of the ice it makes plus I can have crushed ice or cold water without opening the freezer door. Nice fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this a year ago for our new house. Overall it’s a nice refrigerator, would not be big enough for a large family. Only issue we have had was with the water filter. When we tried to change it it leaked. The second time we changed it it leaked again. We looked on google and learned about using old filter to reset the connector and that finally worked… it shouldn’t be that complicated though!

Overall Functionality

Large regrigerator. Massive shelves and room. Downside, no deli/cheese drawer. Vegie and fruit drawer very difficult to get to. For example, you must pull the drawer out from the bottom. Needs to be redesigned. Freezer is great.

Sleek look

Love the looks of this fridge. Having the ice in the door gives you more room in the freezer. The water filter, even after dispensing several gallons of water, leaves an after taste in your mouth. Fridge makes no noise except when ice bucket is empty. You can hear the cubes dropping in the bucket. Love the recessed handles. They leave no finger prints because you open from underneath.

Lots of room

I like that the ice maker is not a dispenser which creates more freezer room. The fridge and freezer are very spacious, the design for space was thought out very well. I needed a new fridge ASAP and did not have time to do much research, nonetheless go into an actual store to browse and compare, so it was a bit of a hasty purchase. Pros: Big on the inside and plenty of shelves. It took me a while to figure out how to pull the drawers out. I was actually lifting the glass and I thought who designed this? There is a lip on the bottom of the drawer. If you have a bad back forget about it. There is no drawer for deli meats/cheese. For no apparent reason the refrigerator one day didn't work.
