I would not recommend buying from Lowe's.

can't return items after 48 hours and they have never left the garage they were delivered too.

The only things I don't like about this fridge are the lack of a "deli" drawer for lunchmeat and cheese and the little butter compartment at the top of the door like my old Kenmore. The craft ice is amazing and clear and is very slow to melt in a glass of your favorite adult beverage! This fridge is silent except when ice is being deployed. Only a single year of use!!!

I’ve had this model for only a year. It worked good until month 12 when it first quit cooling properly due to a failed cooling fan and had it fixed. Then month 13 it quit working again defrost relay and had it fixed. Now month 14, complete compressor failure. After loosing all my food a total of 3 times, I’m replacing it. My brother who has the same model has suffered from two of the problems at 15 months of owning. It looks beautiful and will compliment any kitchen but in my opinion it’s junk.

LG refrigerator ice maker

this refrigerator is definitely not worth the money ice maker after few months the ice dispenser broke in peaces n did not know it was shatter inside the bottom of my ice n water n my 2 year old swallow plastic peaces all they did was order a new ice dispenser to replace not even bother to call n ask if my granddaughter was ok after swallowing n going to the doctor for it. Lowe's do not care for any customers but there money it's a recall on this LG

Fridge is great, delivery is terrible

Need to educate in store sales people that delivery and setup does not include water line setup. Even though we were told it would be, delivery driver refused to install.

Ice maker makes nasty tasting ice

I have had this fridge for a year and hate it. The water from the dispenser never tasted right. It is always salty..this never happened with my old fridge. Second, the ice is completely disgusting. It tastes rotten. I have emptied it, cleaned it and emptied the fridge. Added baking soda everywhere. Turns out, on reddit, I discovered this is a common problem with LG ice machines. Avoid this!!! I bought this model for the ice makers and cant even use them anymore. I bought ice trays.
