I had STRONG reservations on purchasing another brand, glad I went on instincts. The entire process from in-store order/purchase to delivery at store 1076 from salesman 5076479 (should have asked his name) was pleasurable and seamless! Delivery associates JOE and TY were EFFICIENT and conscious!!!

We only went to a side by side because of the multiple repairs to previous frig with ice maker in refrigerator section. The see through door is worthless but came with it. As is the craft ice maker. Would rather have larger capacity regular ice maker. Love a refrigerator with Dutch doors and two ice makers. Hope they solve that problem. Also changed brands.

Great product but the delivery info needs updating

Great product got it delivered but be warned on Lowe’s site it says they will deliver, hook up the water line, and move the old appliance if needed. The guy who delivered would not hook up the water line or move the old fridge saying it was a liability issue even though on the Lowe’s site I said they would.

Great refrigerator

Awesome refrigerator. A couple of days after I received new refrigerator,, too bad I noticed three scratches new out of the box. I called Customer Care and was told too bad it was beyond the 48 hour return window BUT, here $25 e gift card. What a joke! Great refrigerator, horrible customer care and support.

Doors can be unruly

I love everything about my new fridge with the exception of the lower drawers get stuck on the seals if door isn’t extended completely and the fridge door like to try to close while you’re in it.

Styling, Price, and easy access to food.

Styling is nice! Much better than a french door style. I can actually see the food in the freezer! Like the 3 types of Ice. A great price at Lowes. Only issue is you have to be gentle when closing the doors.

Clean lines, great capacity, designer ice!

The fridge actually has 2.5 cubic feet capacity than our last (French door) fridge with nearly the same footprint. The cosmetics and design lines are very good. The interior shelving was laid out very thoughtfully. Plus we have the ability to make perfectly clear, spherical ice, which last so much longer!

LOVE MY REFRIGERATOR❤️

After 16 years, my GE refrigerator died. After researching and looking at reviews, I chose this LG Instaview Refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer are huge. I LOVE the instaview and craft ice maker. The delivery guys were very nice, pleasant and gave me the tutorial of my refrigerator. They were very careful setting up the new refrigerator and removing the old refrigerator. Today the sun was signing very bright in my kitchen, and I noticed two small scratches on the freezer door😟...

Good job Ben and Ivory it wasn't an easy job but they delivered the fridge

Really like the look and operation of this refrigerator. Tom, the Lowe’s associate that we dealt with, was great and very helpful. The delivery people were very efficient. All around good experience!

I haven’t been able to get it connected to the internet but still working on it

A complete nightmare

This item blows my circuit breaker every week, even tried to move to another location, and still the issue. Also the ice maker breaks all the time, and Lowes warranty still won't replace it, and this has been having issues for over a year. Lowes needs to reconsider using a different company. This item has been repaired almost 10 times. And still the story continues.
