Spacious!

We’ve had this fridge for a year now. It scratches and dents easily, but has been good to us otherwise. A lot of fridge room, fits everything nicely. I like freezer drawer except the ice tray drawer doesn’t stay out so you have to hold it out while trying to scoop ice or grab anything from the top.

Good features

We're mostly happy with this product. The interior lighting is somewhat dim. It's hard to see items in the back or underneath when food is on the shelves. Love the slim water source with the ice maker in the freezer. Lots of food storage now. However, in order to open the fruit & deli drawers both French doors have to be open.

The dent the fridge came with is very small.

Love the new fridge. It’s very spacious! The only bad thing is that it came with a small dent at the top of the door.

Nice Refrigerator

It was a scratch and dent floor model. It was the only thing that I could afford with my limited budget. I hope that it last for a long time.

Good quality, great price

The main reason I bought this fridge was the price. It's not a top of the line fridge and doesn't have all the fancy bells and whistles my last one had but I learned that all that all that fancy stuff just breaks more. All the drawers and door shelves are one piece so you don't have to worry about them falling apart over time. The ice maker is in the freezer where I honestly think it should be. Incomplete order

I have to give this delivery a 1-star rating. The delivery for Mrs Sylvia was not complete. We are missing the additional hose that was suggested for this fridge, that we purchased with this. Whatever signature that is on the delivery papers was not done by anyone in this house. Yet we did get the fridge. This is not the first time that this happened. A similar situation happened when we had our 2 ADA toilets purchased and installed. None of the extras we paid for were with that order eit...

Issues with water dispenser light and ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason for 4-stars? The light on the water dispenser works...sometimes. We bought in April 2022. March of 2023, the light quit working. We had a tech come take a look, since it is an LED and not end user serviceable, and repair under warranty. Now, another year into ownership, and the light works occasionally. Only other gripe is the ice maker. There should be a "dead man" switch on it, so that when the freezer drawer is open, it won't dump...

Regrigerator not cold enough.

This refrigerator has never been at the right temperature. LG sent a tech when it was new and he said that new refrigerators aren't as cold as the old ones. He said we had to live with it. It was set as 38 degrees and it was running at 7 to 9 degrees higher. We recently complained because food is spoiling. We set it at 33 degrees, the lowest setting. It never got below 42 degrees. After a repair it went down to 40 to 42. We are very unhappy with this refrigerator. The slim style water...

Ample room, no ice

This fridge is massive inside, but the ice maker broke within the first 8 months. LG is willing to send a person to fix it as it's under warranty, but the phone call was 90 min. just to jump through all the hoops to get them to cover it. Poor LG service, and no help from Lowe's, but at least it's covered. The Fingerprint-Resistant coating is total trash. LG does it again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love our new refrigerator. Moving the ice maker to the bottom of the unit where the freezer is freed up a tone of space in the top section of the fridge. We fell in love with the water dispenser and how flat it is. LG really hit it out of the park with this refrigerator. I recommend this fridge.

Lots of room in refrigerator

Bought this last month. Only regret is I didn't purchase a dual ice bin. Love the space in the refrigerator; that was the trade off.

Great Features

Love this LG French Door Refrigerator. We have had it almost three years, with no issues at all. The LED lighting is a great feature, and also having the Ice Maker in the freezer allows for more space inside refrigerator . Highly recommend!!
