Efficient and sleek, but annoyingly noisey

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Efficient and sleek, but makes a horrible vibrating sound at the crisper drop level. Pressure on the sidewall will silence for a little while. It seems to be related to the compressor.

Mostly positive.

bought it a month ago. Functioning fine. The 2 gripes I have - the door does not close without extra push. The water dispenser has no place to hold a container. If you don't have a container in place till the water stops - it will end up on the floor.

Great features !

I bought this about 2 months ago or so and it has been great! Very spacious and definitely working properly only thing I hate is how I can’t get my ice through the water machine but that’s okay everything else works great! Temperature stays cool.

Lg Frige

Terrible Shelving

Poor and unreliable shelving. Beware! This refrigerator is a calamity waiting to happen, as in your food items, courtesy of shelf collapse, will be splattered on your floor. As in you'll need to spend $$ hiring a professional grout cleaner.

I am so very disappointed. The problems with this unit are numerous. I doesn't hold temperature. I have had it serviced and it took over a month to get it fixed. I have no confidence in being a long term item in my house as it should be.

Beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator cools and functions very well. My one regret is my own fault. The ice maker is completely internal and in hindsite I would have liked the ice to be dispensed in the door. Lesson learned

It work great

It was an great fridge until it stopped getting cold. I was so disappointed. A repair man told me that he would be replacing that part every two years because that is quality if LG refrigerator's.

My experience

The first crew that came out to bring my regerator were awful just did not want to work lazy full of excuses.Now the second crew that came on Saturday morning were just amazing full of customer service all 3 gentlemen hard working they are a decently 10 . First crew 0 made Lowe look horrible.

Internal space.

third repair in 8 years...crazy money for repairs...nobody wants to repair them...this beauty is not worth the money, just a headache. LG makes garbage

Large and spacious refrigerator

Spacious fridge…keeps food consistently cold…freezer has adequate space and water and ice maker work well…to date, overall very satisfied…

Issue after Issue so far

The water dispenser light stopped working after about 7 month and that apparently can'tbe replaced (dumb idea LG). Then after about a year and half it is making a loud high pitched squealing noise that can be heared across the house.

issues with fridge after 10 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased less then one year failed after 10 months. service came out replaced as compressor as fridge/freezer not getting cold. now 3 and half weeks later not cooling properly and not making ice will now have to call lg service again as problem wasn't resolved and now its after the one year warranty. will see how it goes from here.

Great Features. I like the different size drawers

I purchased my LG 29 cu ft French Door Refrigerator with Water Dispenser nine months ago. I love all the storagr drawers both in the freezer and refrigerator. they glide in and out easy, I would purchase again.

Chill with this Fridge :)

So far it is a 5/5. Had to buy when previous fridge stopped working while on vacation. Also, was restricted in size due to space it needed to fit. Reviews were good also, and like the water on outside of door vs. inside like previous as it made a mess inside. Love the open door alarm, and rapid icemaking setting. Size is great, and even larger than previous due to efficient space design.

LG refrigerator success

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator with a lot of space. Much more efficient than the refrigerator it replaced. I would purchase it again. The only option I would have added is a temperature measurement display.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We actually liked it up until a few weeks ago. We purchased it November 2023 but was remodeling so we did not install it until March of 2024 and the refrigerator stopped cooling in July. We're now going on 4 weeks without a refrigerator. It is super inconvenient and extremely annoying and infuriating to be quite honest.

Nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's almost a month since great delivery and setup. It took a few days of adjustments to get the cold food cabinet adjusted to the appropriate temperature, it's working great. The top cold cabinet is spacious and layed out well, door storage is more than adequate for our use. Freezer is big enough for a couple 20lb turkeys and a whole lot more. The ice maker works fine, it's summer right now and usage is high, haven't run low yet. The ice shap...

Works Alright But Poor Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator itself works alright but the right side door does not close property. It does not pull itself closed. You have to push on it very hard to push it past a latch. Service came out to repair it and I was told nothing was wrong with it and I needed to learn how to close a door. It was very demeaning. On top if it, he did not even have all of his tools and asked me for a number of things.
