Nice fridge

Lots of space!

Love the space and lighting in this refrigerator. The adjustable shelves give lots of options. The water dispenser has great water pressure. The ice maker works great!

So far so good, with one exception.

This LG refrigerator replaced a Samsung that no longer kept a safe temperature. The LG arrived with one small dent in the freezer drawer and they offered to replace or discount. We opted for the discount. This refrigerator is very roomy with great lighting and so far is keeping a great temperature range of 3 degrees or less. Our only complaint is the taste of the water. Handles don't match the doors.

It's a big fridge with water on the door. Weirdest thing is that the handles are much darker than the finish of the doors.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this product for 3 months and very happy with it, very spacious and quiet. It is easy to use. Easy to set up the temperature you want.

Very Roomy

Love the roominess of this refrigerator and the ice maker works great. The only problem was the freezer handle wasn’t installed properly and broke the first time I used it. LG sent a replacement handle and luckily my husband had the tools and knowledge to install it.

Spacious

Overall good. The fact that it does not have an icemaker in the door gives it more storage room. It is definitely fingerprint proof (and love it!). I am giving it a 4-star rating because it makes a noisy/annoying sound when cooling down. At least, my previous fridge was more quiet. Also, you have to be intentional when closing the doors, otherwise it will stay open. My previous fridge had something like a magnet that made sure to close the doors all the way when you pushed it forward.

Extended the delivery date

On December 27, I ordered an LG refrigerator online from Lowes. I made the payment. order number is 7925080096. Delivery date was written as January 12. I received an email the day after the order. The delivery date is January 27, that is, one month after the order. They notify you of this not during the order but the day after. Why should I buy from Lowes if I have to wait a month? Ooh La La! French Door Design

Poor service from Loews hampers use of freezer.

Refrigerator Freezer handle broken. Left side of bar did not lock in when delivery men installed it. Handle scratched front of door as it swung down. Delivery drivers did not speak English, we do not speak Spanish, so unable to get them to return when we called their cell. Loews impossible to contact by phone, we spent hours in an endless loop. Went to store the next day and were helped by excellent store staff, but they were told to contact LG which sent wrong part. We are currently wait...

LOVE THIS FRIDGE.

Absolutely love it so far. Spacious and the ice is amazing!

Does not stay cold and does not make ice very fast

It took almost 3 days for this fridge to even get cold and every time you open the door it stops cooling and it will take forever to cool down whatever you put in it. It also barely makes any ice. Also when using the water feature it will spray all over. It is a great size fridge with a great layout but will just not stay cold.

It is so spacious and looks great in my kitchen. The color is beautiful!

Roomy
