Don’t waste your money

The wash cycles take forever. The clothes come out twisted together and in knots. I don’t know how any are getting clean when they come out in a ball. Also, it smells horrible! I leave the door and the soap tray open after each use as directed. My husband has taken it apart once and found so much sludge in the rubber door piece and behind the basin. Last a long time

Teaching an old dog new tricks

Best purchase i have made in 15 years. That is the age of the washer I replaced, and now know why our wardrobe was getting so dingy. it was not getting clean. Now know what white should look like. and it does a better with all colores. We are still finding things about this machine that we did not know when we bought it., every time it is used something new pops up. Always an experience that just keeps getting better.

Best product to purchase

Delayed Install

Replacement LG washer

The drum froze and sealed inside the plastic casing and it's not like we have a huge family to clean up after. The last two years, was just my wife and I. Strong smell

The only negative issue has been the strong machine-like odor the washer has emitted in the laundry room. The smell is not in the washer drum. It is about gone now, but it has been a month.

Super machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new thin Q dryer for about a month and it is fabulous. It has so many handy features that it makes doing laundry a breeze. It is so quiet. Having the app on my phone to remind me when the cycle is complere really helps me. Scheduling start times is also a great feature.

I love the large capacity. I can wash comforters. Although my clothes do not come out clean. Theres not enough water to wash my clothes to come out clean. I have to run 3 rinses everytime to get the soap out. Also laundry pods stain the clothes because theres not enough water to dissolve the laundry pod.

Performing well

My review is for the WM4200HBA. It has been a reliable washer for the last 10 months. It has many wash features I have not even used yet. I do think the remote app feature is a plus. I have a couple of negative issues that doesn't interfere with the performance of the machine. 1.Water droplets collect in the drum after every wash & 2. the tinted window does not allow you to see through.

Good cleaning quality, lots of features.

So far, so good. I replaced a 17 year old LG front load with this. I like the cleaning quality and the choice of different programs. Nice to have the app that alerts you to the finished load.
