Nice, solid unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement for the exact same model that died on us after 4 years. We like the features and the remote. The unit is a bit noisy in our application.

poor reliability

purchased model lw1017ersm Oct 2019. used that month and worked fine. started to use it this June and it stopped cooling. Total usage while owned is only about 6 months but of course it is now out of warranty. Waste of money and of course no support and not economically worth repairing. So much for LG reliability.

Simple and quiet

Loud buzzing/humming noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked well for about 2 months, but then it started making a loud buzzing/humming noise. It still cools the room, but the noise is really annoying.

A/C works well but ………

The frame bracket adjustment screws to support frame on sill were not long enough for new fiberglass windows

It is very quiet and works extremely efficiently.

We put three window units in a double wide mobile home after the central air unit went out and this unit is the best of all of them

Fantastic AD Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for a 4th floor master bedroom of about 350 SF (went with a slightly bigger unit since we have vaulted ceilings and an exposed stairwell) . It was an easy install - just had to cut a 2x4 for under the front of the unit to make up the gap between it and our windowsill. The only thing I didn't use that came with it was the screws to secure it to the windowsill (used 3" wood screws as I had my own circumstance with the gap mentioned ea...

Great product difficult assembly and installation

The quality of the product is great however installation was extremely difficult there was more than some assembly required very difficult

Air Condition

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the air conditioner for a few weeks now and we are also in a heat wave. The ac doesn't cool off the room at all. We put it on the lowest temperature and settings and it was still 80 degrees in the room. It was a big bedroom.

Super chill and quite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great AC with exceptional cooling. It is very quite and comes with tons of features. The features are user friendly, like start and stop timers, remote contol, cell phone app for controlling house temp when away from home.

Wi-Fi unusable

Very Cool

Awesome AC unit
