Great unit and keeps large room very comfortable. I would be it again!

Don’t buy it!

If I could give this product a zero I would! It took me four days to have someone install it. Now that it is installed it does not cool! You can’t tell the difference of the fan speed between 1 and 3! The smaller unit that I replaced it with worked better than this one and it was 8 years old and only worked half the time!

Powerful, Quiet AC at Reasonable Price

This machine is a little more complicated than some window units (instructions say to remove mechanism from case, install case in window and then replace machanism). Sounds a lot worse than it was --- removing mechanism is a matter of removing four screws from the case and then sliding it out. Blows too cold, too strong and too loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had it for months and the lowest setting blows too hard and is very loud. I have yet to find the right setting. It’s either hot or freezing in here.

wifi is great

Worked good for one summer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked good for one summer. Put it back in the window the following summer to a grinding noise coming from the fan motor. Appears to be an issue with the bearings in the motor. Unfortunately have to spend my time this weekend opening up the motor and replacing the bearings. I wouldn't recommend this product after a short use failure.

LG 10000 BTU

Great value and great product

Great window unit

Really nice air conditioner

Blows very cold

Great A/C that's Easy to Install and Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the fourth LG Air Conditioner that I have bought for the house and all of them have worked great. This one replaced a 12,000 BTU which died after 11 years and I bought it for the WiFi capability. It was ease to install and set up, and now I can turn it on/off and adjust the settings just by telling Alexa. It is pretty quiet and cools my room great. I recommend it.

Awful. First unit was DOA. Second did not cool.

First unit was dead, it would hum and die. Second unit Could not cool more than 10 degrees. Fan was very weak compared to lg's own 8000 BTU version. Wifi disconnects on all of their units. I am a Network engineer, it is them not your Network. They removed the drain. Water was pooling in the unit.

This is an exceptional product!

I now come home to the comfort of a cool apartment. I love my new unit!
