Our new Stove

We've had this stove for a little over a week now; so far so good. We haven't had the opportunity to utilize all of the available modes yet; we have used the "bake" mode and the cooktop. Both of which work as advertised. I do want to point out that the lack of backlighting makes it a little difficult to read the dials depending on the time of day or lighting within the room.

Only complaint is the legs are too short

I bought at end of January.. have used for baking and love it.

Safety!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a beautiful and very functional range but OMG the  Knobs turn on too easy and there is no safety kill Switch!! Twice the burner has been bumped on with kids  In the house and a hot pad melted on burner!! Not safe.. must install a lockout switch!

Great features and the style is amazing

Convection!! Not the best choice for all recipes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Oven is ONLY Convection Oven!!! See below from Bob’s Red Mill Natural Foods: Convection Oven vs Regular Oven ! Like anything in the kitchen, an oven with convection is better for some recipes, while it may not be the best choice for all recipes. With any recipes that require rising, such as cakes, bread or other baked goods, you may have strange results with a convection oven.

LG is the best

My experience with LG technicians was the best I had ever encountered, I made a large, four appliance purchase, and the support I received from LG was some of the best support I’ve ever encountered from a purchase. I have recommended algae to my brother, my sister-in-law and my mother-in-lawjust because of the technical support that I received I was always in the loop they would call and check up on me and make sure everything was fine best I ever had

The air fryer and convection oven are Great!

Love this stove easy to operate and the food gets done in the time listed..Clean up is so easy and the oven is a breeze to clean. We have a LG refrigerator and are looking at LG dishwashers. We also got LG washer and dryer in 2023. We are so glad we purchased LG appliances.

Beautiful blue interior

POOR KNOBS - FIRE HAZARD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knobs on front of range were easily moved without intention - fire hazard, as stove was unintentionally turned up by slight pressure causing 5 fires in 4 months.

Lots of Range options

I am pretty happy with the stove/ range so far. I have only used the range once it was on the air fry mode and it worked beautifully. I do love all of the options available for the range. Labeling on the knobs for the stove is a bit small, especially for the multi- size ones. Have to flip through all of them to find which level I need. Other than that it has done the job well.

Great features!

It has design issues

If I could, I would pick a different stove. Loathe the black control panel above the oven door. I did not know that it did not light up for ease of reading like some stoves. The model in the showroom wasn’t plugged in. Try reading that poorly designed panel from a standing position or without overhead lights on. Also dislike how easy the burner knobs turn—hit one with a hip and it’s turned itself on. Burners seem weak—heat no faster than my 20 yr old burners did on the previous stove. Not...

Doesn’t have bottom bake element and doesn’t bake

The oven doesn’t have bottom heating element and it can’t bake a simple pizza, let alone bread or other fine pastries. I tried multiple times experimenting with temperature and moving the racks up nothing worked. Not sure how LG tested their product, surely they didn’t even bake a pizza. Why would they remove the bottom bake element and call this Pro Bake range. I’m returning the stove back to the store. Very disappointed!!!!

Glass top stove scratches way too easily.

The cooktop is textured and easily scratched. I am extremely careful and always like it to look like new. Somehow there is a scratch and now I have to live with that. It should be smooth glass no texture. I had a glass top stove for 20 years and it never scratched. I’m very disappointed. I wild send a photo, but it won’t let me .
