buyer beware - inconvenient, dangerous and dumb

I got the oven and LG fridge at same time back in April 2024. I love the fridge.. I hate this oven. The controls are downright dangerous. I had seen a review about them by another but had already ordered it and thought it probably would be fine. I must lock out the controls by holding down the control button for about 5 seconds immediately after i have used the oven to cook. It's an incredible annoyance. features good knobs unreadable

Product seems to work okay. One major problem exists for both myself and wife. The knobs on the the black stainless model are unreadable in average light. the numbers on knob are not bright enough forcing us to bend over many times to ensure right heat range. The model we looked at in store was the 6333f pure stainless and these knobs are bright chrome with black numbers. this is what we expected for 80 year old eyes. hopefully we can get these knobs from LG.

Solid performance

I’ve convection oven automatically adjusts the temperature to meet the regular oven and the air fry works pretty well especially for reheating meals. The thing to watch out for is the knobs for the range are supposed to match your burner layout. We have a mismatched knob and support is taking a long time and multiple contact attempts to get this rectified

Low quality products from LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven range is about a year old. Already the front Left burner doesn't adjust and stays on high. The left rear burner has fallen down and now sitting at a 45 degree angle. Called LG and they don't want to take care of the issues. Recommend another brand.

Bakes, cooks perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this and love it. Everything cooks perfectly in this oven, no matter what it is. Top Stove is great as well. After experiencing cooking in other brands, will always get LG from now on.

Great range and oven

I’ve owned this unit for about a month now it was very easy to install and get adjusted to fit the counter. This unit cooks really well, but you will need to read the instructions on how to use it so you can get the most out of it. So far we are loving all the features that we have on the unit specially the WiFi it lets us know when the preheating is done and even when the oven needs cleaning. So far we love it.

Okay but frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 2 months ago & the features are great, but it cooks too hot. If my recipe calls for 350 I have to cook it on 325. Also when I turn the knob to Bake, I cannot set the temperature at all until I turn it past Bake & back to Bake. Very frustrating!

My LG Air fryer oven is a step up

Great oven with many settings including built in air fryer and knock- knock oven light option. A few cons is that the stainless finish scratches if pan slides across it, the front knobs make it challenging at times to see what burner is on.

Great features ??

Nice electric range. It looks great new but stainless-steel scratches very easy. Number display does not work properly and is very annoying don't know what the correct time is or temperature is for sure. I should have purchased the extended warranty but truly never expected these malfunctions so soon after purchase.

Great frauds

Excellent extras!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size of the fridge and the different ice options! The availability of seeing inside is a nice bonus. I will say, the doors open in a way the necessitates a wider space than advertised and can be a little bulky/ annoying.

Great having the air fryer as part of the stove.

New Stove

So far so good. I have cooked several times in it. I do notice that I need to cut the temperature down, if recipe calls for 350 degrees, I need to cook it on 325 degrees.

Life can be good with this oven

Outstanding Oven with bells and whistles

Amazing features!

I love how the buttons are right there in front of you as opposed to reaching over a hot stove to turn everything off . I love the built in air fryer. So far I have had a good experience with my LG thin q range. I highly recommend it

Have owned this oven for 2.5 years. In that time the knobs have turned on repeatedly with barely a bump, very dangerous. Now the heating element is out. Oven should last at least 10 years not less than 3. For the money paid, this oven was not worth the price.

BAD OVEN

Had problems with oven from day one. Called for help and was told I had to adjust settings. Adjusted settings 3 times and still had problem. Had Service to fix problem. Problem seems to corrected. I didn't like that no one would come on first call. It was like it was my responsibility to fix to it

Great stove!

Broke in 6 months

The burner wouldn't regulate and stays on all the time. We only had it a few months.
