Missing all accessories so can't even use oven.

There are no racks or accessories so I can't even install it until they arrive. Product delivered late May but didn't untape the range until it was time to install in late April

Love it!

Been using the range several weeks now and are really loving it. Very good idea on the control lock. Just bumping the knobs could turn on burners. Hope you put it on your gas models too.

Range need better engineering

Cooktops takes too long to heat up, replaced a 20 year old builder grade that heated better. As to the screen poor angle and digits do not light up, have to crouch down to see what to push.

Mostly good - with caveat

This has been a powerful cooking machine - it preheats quickly and boils rapidly. Weirdly, the markings on the front dials rubbed opff within three months, making stovetop cooking pretty dicey. It took almost eight months of repeated emails and phone calls to get these replaced by LG. We are now having the same issues with the tine holders in our dishwasher - all of our appliances are pretty new (1-2 years) LG, and are really great except for a tiny little thing that's completely failing. We love our range and we love LG!

We bought a complete LG suite for our recently updated kitchen because we've had LG products previously and we LOVE them. This slide-in range has a contemporary feel due to its low profile. It is beautiful and performs perfectly. I always test a new oven with an oven thermometer and this oven. Note: you need to preheat about 6mins beyond the "preheat" audible indicator. Great Features

We bought this unit as a replacement; the flat surface stove with controls on the front allowed us to install an overhead commercial grade venti hood. The oven features standard oven, convection oven and air fryer allowing even cooking and heat distribution.

Range

Purchased two months ago. We've really enjoyed it so far. It has taken a bit to gauge the temperature because our old range was really old and likely the thermostat was off. I used the easy clean feature which is helpful in keeping the inside looking good. Haven't tried the self clean yet. There's only negative I can think of and this isn't the fault of the range itself. Love my Stove

I just love my stove and the way it cuts down on baking time. The only thing I am concerned about is the control knobs in the front. They may need to be adjusted because if you just bump up against them, they will turn the stove on without you noticing.

Stay away!

After 2 months of usage, we can assertively state that this has been a nightmare to keep clean and scratch-free. The surface gets scratched easily and you are required to handle special hardware that's “compatible “. Even the slightest movement can and will scratch the surface. It is an absolute shame we can't return it. But please STAY AWAY!

Horrible unit

Our LG stove oven, is less than nine months old. So far we have had four warranty calls on it, and presently are awaiting another warranty, which will make it five to repair the stove. Investing that much money, and having five warranty calls in nine months, is Uncalled for

Knobs are too easily turned

We have been using our new range since mid December and have found that the burners accidentally get turned on simply by working beside the range and brushing against the knobs. We have found that we have to keep the LOC on the range all the time. Also I am having difficulty finding the correct settings when using the stove top. It seems to not really have a simmer or low setting. Even when using the large burner, the low setting keeps the pots boiling too hard.

Broken Corner Molding - Knobs Stickout Too Much

Bought unit several months ago, but had it installed a couple of months back. The unit works well, but has the following issues: - the front of unit has little corner molding at each end, not sure why, but one of the molding is missing. Not sure how this happened. Regardless, LG repair technician came over and looked at the problem and had to order a new corner molding. I don't know why he came onsite without a replacement molding when they had all the information and pictures showing the missi...

Burner stopped working

Service advised us to unplug to reset it did not work. We had to move the range and had to unplug again and is started working

Enjoying versatile and easy to use

This has been a great replacement stove with so many cooking options such as air frying.

LGSt stove

Customer service if need is also amazing and the take care of business and which is a rarity these days. You can not go wrong with any LG products as we have washer dryer refrigerator and tv also

many uses

bought a month ago and haven't been able to use the many settings for the oven yet. The only issue is it seems the bake setting is to hot and haven't been able to figure out how to adjust. The stove top has enough burners to accommodate all needs.

The best for cooking and baking!

I owned one of these stoves in the house I just moved from. Moved into a condo…the stove that was here was…sad…nowhere up to standards like my LG. I ran out and replaced it in my new place with the updated version of my LG stove. I am a happy woman now!
