Everything we wanted

We purchased this range based on Consumer Reports reviews and we’re very pleased. We especially like the air fry feature. We need to stay ahead of keeping the cooktop clean or it can become difficult. We’re also thankful for the child lockout feature, having grandchildren in the house and it prevents us from bumping a knob and accidentally turning a burner on. It’s a sleek design and we’re very happy.

Very nice optional heating features.

I had this for a few weeks and and very happy with it except that the temperature dials are very hard to read.

Great oven, bad electronics!

The only reason this doesn’t have a 1 star review is the customer service made the situation right. We bought our unit about 18 months ago and the front display started to fade. The digits are starting to disappear so you couldn’t make out the times or temperature. Eventually that became a display that did not work at all. All you could do was turn it on and not select temps. I’ve had various stoves throughout my life and this is a first for the unit to be unusable in less than two years. ...

Bad design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unable to see front info on panel as it is not back lite! Also the knobs are WAY TO EASY TO TURN ON ACCIDENTALLY! This happened to me and a plastic spoon melted on the top right burner! ( I have to reach over the stove to get to my microwave and my shirt caught on the knob, it turned on and damaged the burner. Now, my 3 week new stove will probably need a new top! This also happened to my daughter when she visited.

Good features

Bought one year ago. Problems with baking baked goods not baking. Repair man was not helpful. Claimed he could do nothing because I removed racks and he did not see the 3 cakes I threw out

Nice Range

Bought this 6 months ago and so far it’s everything I expected with exception of rubber seal around cooktop is wearing (breaking apart) already.

Great range, with one safety concern..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the features, but my concern is that if you lean against or bump the front controls, they easily turn on. As a result, I never leave anything on top of the range due to the fire hazard of accidentally turning on a burner.

Nice range with a minor issue

We like our new LG electric range! There is one thing I would like to have improved - it is very difficult to see the knob settings! Once you use the burner a few times you get to know where to turn the knob but trying to see the markers on the knob is a challenge. The nice blue interior of the oven is very attractive! We have not used all of the features this range has but look forward to doing so. It takes awhile to get used to the heat settings, etc but overall we are enjoying cooking wi...

Great features and styling

I purchased this.range a month ago and impressed with all the cooking features and difference over my old range.

Poor knobs, unable to use all features

Good product but knobs are failing after owning for a year. All knobs lost ink after cleaning with all purpose cleaner. Unable to use all features without knowing what each turn is intended for. One knob stripped off as well. Oven heat is great but the poor knobs makes it difficult to use.

Great range!

Pretty nice range. The cooktop is hard to keep clean, but all glass/electric cooktops are like that. The gasket around the edge of the cooktop has small tears in it after minimal cleanings and the stainless-steel on the front edge has small scratches in it. I suppose that's my fault, but I don't know how I did that. I've never cleaned it with anything abrasive.

Someone at the factory forgot to plug in 2 wiring

Wiring harnesses were not plugged in properly so entire top of stove,(burners) did not work. I would normally not complain but because 3 appliances of the 4 had issues I will.

Gorgeous and efficient

This stove provides multiple options for baking and stovetop cooking. Additionally, it is very easy to maintain- wiping down and clean it is very easy.
