Careful of the knobs. Air fryer setting terrible.

The first time we used the stove top range it became hopelessly discolored with white streaks. The air fry function is an absolute joke. Despite their claims, It takes more than twice as long as your counter top air fryer. So don’t get rid of that appliance just yet. And lastly, always, always, always keep your control panel locked. BUYER BEWARE. The LED screen is not back lit.

Nice looking stove however the front screen is not back light and impossible to view without using a flashlight aimed at it. I only have a small overhead light in the kitchen and I absolutely hate this stove’s screen. Never thought I’d have to use a flash light to use my stove. Horrible design feature. They must think that everyone’s kitchen has 100% of daylight and or a bright overhead light that illuminates the stove led screen

Lousy features…..how would I know?

I bought this October 28, 2023…..it has never worked since it arrived!!! LG’s people only know how to lie, lie, lie….unbelievable, horrible treatment. Have never dealt with anyone through owning nine homes that are such a poor company. They should be put out of business by the Feds…..which I may yet do. LG is a disgrace to the industry.

Nice Stove, fragile ceramic cooktop an adjustment

New Range

Delivery and installation was EXCELLENT.. The team did what I paid for, they unboxed and took the box away, then took the New Range in the kitchen and wired up the New Range took the old Range.

You can lock all the knobs so it doesn’t turn on

LG company is not trustworthy

My range was delivered without racks, wow couple, or any other accessories. Calling LG had lousy customer service and they do not stand up for the customer or product. Their employees can lie to you and it’s ok with them. Because I was told I would get missing products within 48 hours, I missed the return/exchange window of 48 hours. I got the missing items 10 days later. Utter failure on LG’s part. I will never own an LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to have a new oven from LG. Happy that it has an air fry feature and the lovely blue interior. The cooktop is a bit finicky and the lines designating the eyes are very fragile given typical use of a cooktop, even very careful use. I’ve only used the oven perhaps five times and nothing spilled certainly; however, the app has already suggested two separate times that the oven should be cleaned. Is that a flaw?

POOR KNOBS - FIRE HAZARD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knobs on front of range were easily moved without intention - fire hazard, as stove was unintentionally turned up by slight pressure causing 5 fires in 4 months.

Jury is still out.

I would like to have a complete printed manual, not one that you have to go online to read. When asking an associate a question about the operation, their answer differs from what the manual says. On day of delivery I was on the phone fr over an hour with someone from LG just trying to Gary an answer to two simple questions
