After me calling several times they sent out a part for us to replace but that did not fix the issue. They then sent a repair technician out that did not fix it. Ruining our clothing
Would Not RecommendI am so unhappy and wish I could return this. There is some type of defect inside teh front under the lint trap grates that is catching the clothing. It becomes trapped, twists around, and then tears as you remove it. We have had a pair of pants and 3 shirts torn with this dryer. I have double checked everything and it seems to be a flaw in the actual machine.
