Works great!

Had a hiccup with the delivery - the folks did not install the steam water line. Product itself is fantastic, however. Just keep an eye on the installers and make sure they complete the job before they leave.

Large, Quick, quite and easy to load. If short could be harder unloading.

1-star to 5-star (LG Warranty)

I'm unable to update previous review (Brand New Dryer that won't start) but here's my update. LG Customer Support/Warranty: 5-Star. Requested Warranty Repair Service from their website. LG sent a technician within two business day and found that the dryer door switch was broke and needed to be replaced. Technician ordered the door switch and replaced. Dryer is fixed and working. Brand New Dryer that won't Start

This newly installed dryer on first use DOES NOT START. I hear two beeps and that's it. It's been two days since installation and Lowe's referred me to LG Warranty service. Submitted request online at LG website and see how fast LG respond to customer complaints. For now this a ONE STAR probably zero. I'll provide feedback and change my rating and recommendation on how LG take care of it's customers/buyers of LG appliances.

So far, so good

We’ve only had this for a few weeks, but it dries well, and the steam works pretty good too. Clothes comes out nice and dry on normal setting. Great purchase!

drier catch on fire!!!!!

I have had this drier 3 years, the first year it catch on fire,( inside they said it was the lent) No lent!!! I begged for a new one and warrantly said its fine. well its been an issues. Today 6/19/2023 it catch on fire. F ire department helped me turn the gas line off. I am so mad because tomorrow they warrantly is coming. I am sure they will say it is fixable I will sue them if they do ot replace it. I am lucky I was home, other wise my house would have catch on fire.

The 5th was the nailed.

Finaly after the 5th replacement this model is been great, is super quiet, the two settings to open the door is great my wife's back is not bother her. Is a great dryer. 👍

Great Washer and Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had had the washer and dryer for about a month now. The clothes come out super clean. Both are very quiet. I love the fact you can sync both washer and dryer to finish at the same time.

Drys on the first go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had another dryer and I spent days at time trying to dry my king size comforter and such. Not with this one. One and done. My time is precious and I love that I can get it all done quickly. My roommates and I do not have to fight over the machine.

Good... but not amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not tried the steam option yet but overall it's working fine. Doesn't always get hot enough to dry the load unless the setting is on HIGH heat. I often just put it on speed dry so I can control the heat settings. Seems like a waste of a lot of settings that I bypass because they don't get hot enough.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the capacity and the cycle options. It dries much faster than our old dryer. I think this will save us money. I love the tune it plays when it’s done. Much better than a buzzer. It dries just fine. Wrinkle release works. If I turn it back on to refresh the load it does that quickly.

Everything seems to work as advertised. No issues

We bought this set a couple months ago and have been very happy in all respects.
