So far so good

After a few weeks of use, I can confirm this dryer works as expected. The capacity is huge and the east load door is very helpful.

Only have used it 2 times but it dries the clothes well and quick.

Great dryer!

My dryer died so I went on a hunt for a new one. I've had this unit for a month now and love it. It dries well, the sensors are great, and I like that I can keep an eye on things from my phone while I do.other chores. The interface and buttons are all great and easy to use. Wasn't ready to spend the money but glad my old dryer died this one is so much better.

Big and works

Have had 4 months - dries well and big. I can actually dry a king size down comforter. Sometimes I hear a subtle rattle - it’s been checked out and remains a mystery. If I adjust the machine slightly it usually goes away. Sometimes static sheets get caught in between the dryer and back of vent. In the event LG product teams read this -that’s my insight! Overall dries very well and has good features. If it did not have the rattle noise or if it had been resolved by the tech, I would have given...

Poor quality

Poor product. Out of service 3 months- unable to get parts for repair. Used lightly by 90+ yr old womeam. No excuse for repair needed No more LG products for me.

When I called with a question regarding my order

The product is fantastic! However when I called with a question about my order, the female customer service representative was very rude, very short and overall seemed annoyed with having to provide customer service.

Some good, some not good

Drying function works great and is quick. The “Easyload” is an imperfect design. Front open function is not great; only opens to about 45 degrees. Side open function is better but swings close/open/close/open even after being rebalanced. Would not buy again with this type door.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dryer. I love the option of opening the door two different ways. Very convenient. Only issue I had was that where my dryer was in my basement, it was too far away from my internet router to work on the app, but dries well and is pretty quiet. I would recommend this dryer.

Ours we have had for 2 months flow sensor reads complete obstruction. cleaned all vents out and checked everything dryer would still not work. Contacted them to fix the dryer and they refuse to fix saying its not dryers problem. do not recommend this piece of junk

Great But???!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago and it’s a great dryer, it’s capacity and dry time are amazing however I’ve had an issue with it since day one with the d80 code popping up and I’ve done everything other than call a repair guy to fix it and nothing. Other than that would recommend.
