Stopped working

I really liked this dryer at first based on the look and opening door. I quickly learned that you have to use timed dry and can't rely on the sensed dry mode because the clothes will still be wet. I've now had the dryer for two years and now have a problem with the control board. The dryer will turn on and off randomly. It doesn't matter if there are clothes in the dryer or not. Now the dryer is not usable because it shuts off all the time. Also happened right after the two year warranty is up. ...

Loud and does not dry unless manual timed

The sensor on this thing is horrible and will not fully dry clothes or over dry clothes, there is no in-between. You have to manually dry on medium high for 40-50 minutes unless you want damp clothes or overcooked clothes when the dryer does not stop for 2hrs.

Pretty but that is where it ends!

This dryer was severely scratched within a week of purchase just by placing a plastic laundry basket on it. It does not dry well at all when just a few items are in it. It smells funny in there even when following all the suggestions on maintenance and upkeep. We do love the drop down door though.

Main board failed after 2 years

The main board failed after only 2 years. Conveniently after the 2 year limited warranty….thanks LG.

Poor Durability Across LG Products

Both units developed issues shortly after the warranty expired, leaving me with costly repairs or replacements. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue with LG, as I’m also having problems with my LG TV. At this point, I’ve lost trust in the brand and won’t be buying LG products again. Very disappointed.

My new washer and dryer

I bought my LG dryer a few months ago and I really like the way the dryer door opens two different ways. It works great and looks great, too.

I hate this dryer

The dryer has sensors, so it will Adirondack turn off of it 'senses' that your clothes are dry. Unfortunately, it thinks damp and dry are one and the same. So here i am, running late for work waiting for clothes to dry, that i had drying, but it shut off. It also has a cooling feature/cycle that comes on when it is close to the end of the song cycle or when senses that the clothes are 'too hot'... to bad my clothes are cold and damp and it is still on 'cool'. Please buy extended warranty!

Codes appear and dryer stops. Only had the matching set for 2 years if that...confused on why would they make a door handle out of cheap plastic but charge so much for the entire piece. Absolutely Hate It

Best Premium Washer and dryer on market

clothes smell fresh. turbo wash is effective. quiet and dries in a flash. so many settings you can download to the units off LG THIN Q APP. Love it!

Waist of money

Garbage broke exactly at 1yr make and the wont cover repair. Said issue was with electrical from house. Had checked and it's with dryer.

The Worst
