It’s pretty amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my vacuum for about 2 months and although we dogs have a little bit of a a problem with the nozzle and I had to get a new replacement, I have LOVED the vacuum. It’s very easy to maneuver and it has amazing suction per. My absolute favorite thing is that it empties itself. I love it and it’s always charged and ready. Good buy for sure

LOVE IT

Only gave it 4 stars because I really just got it. On Bare floors it is the Best I have ever used next to my bulky canister vacuum. It's self emptying mode is just too cool. I highly recommend this awesome yet pricy Vacuum

Easy to use vacuum.

Great stick vacuum. the dual head makes it easy to use transitioning between different flooring. The battery life is a bit shorter than expected, but altering the power setting when using on non-carpet areas helps. This unit has auto-empty which is handy.

Great Vacuum

Great stick-type vacuum! It is easy to use especially since the same head unit can be used on our wood floors and the area carpets. Picks up pet hair very well.

Missing battery charger for second battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this knowing it had a single battery but was under the impression is had a charger for a second battery. I have another battery from a different LG stick that I was going to use with the new unit. It has no charger for second battery!! I need to find an exterior charger that I can use for my second battery but I do not see one on the website.

Great vacuum

I think it is a great vacuum. I had previously owned a Dyson but when I purchased a new house I decided to get a new vacuum, after looking at another Dyson I saw this LG. It looked great and the charging station was better than just the hanger the Dyson came with. The suction was great on bare floors even at the lowest level the lights also allows you to see any debris on the floor. Loving this LG Vacuum

Vacuum review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this vacuum for about four months and the motor stopped working. It does have a manufacturer warranty. LG is going to fix it but I have to be without a vacuum until they fix it. I guess that’s just bad luck. If you buy this from a store definitely buy the protection plan. This is a good vacuum though.

Love the Vac but….

But the function is better and the head is better even though it squeaks. Even the top filter fits better - feels higher quality. I really wanted to love this vacuum

I have asthma and allergies and was really interested in this feature. It worked like a charm the first time and mostly doesn't work anymore. I am very disappointed as this feature is why I paid more than I normally would for a vacuum cleaner. The battery life is poor as well. You get what you pay for. Best all around!

I previously purchased a cheaper cordless vacuum and it broke within 2 months. It's for my rental property which does get quite a bit of abuse. I decided to spend more to get a better quality one this time around. Sleek, very powerful and works as it promised. It was heavily discounted and price was about the same a lowest Dyson (without a station to keep it neat and visibly appealing) I also purchased a 3 year warranty to protect my investment.

Do not buy!!!

Do not buy. I purchased this vacuum and it’s terrible. The battery does not last at all. I have an average size house (2000sq/ft) and the vacuum only Makes it through 2.5 rooms Before the battery dies. So then we have to charge it for an hour or two before we can keep vacuuming. Second issue, the really cool automatic canister emptying feature maybe only actually works 1 out of every 10 times. It never empty’s it completely. The dirt and bebris only make it halfway out of the canister. The door...

Effective Cleaner!

I love the product. I am always amused at how much dirt it picks up. However, the head of the vacuum cleaner does not glide smoothly on certain carpets. Also, when I put the machine to be emptied, I noticed that it did not effectively empty and I had to do it manually. Overall I like the product.
