Battery Life

I really want to give five stars, but I can’t. The specifications indicate that the “Detachable quick-release battery lets you clean for up to 60 minutes... in normal mode without Dual Floor Max Nozzle using one battery.” However, this is not accurate. I am lucky to get 10 minutes out of my vacuum. It's such a shame.

Both Great and Bad

My wife was wanting a new Vacuum so I bought her this one. Pros: The suction is absolutely phenomenal and it cleans rooms you can't tell are dirty. Cons: the battery takes nearly 4hrs to fully charge and on normal setting would last no more than 10min. Turbo it would die within 3min. It would take 3days to Vacuum the house with the battery and by then it's time to Vacuum again. The Vacuum is amazing in itself but with the battery I wouldn't recommend it until they fix the battery issue.

Terrible battery power

DO NOT GET THIS VACCUM. Can't even handle it's own power. I literally vacuum for 10 minutes on the second lowest power and it dies. And then I have to wait 3 hours for it to charge. Leaving me to vacuum for 3 days just to get the job done. Absolutely ridiculous

I liked the power. The reason I returned is on high power the battery lasted only 12 min. The extra battery was around 100.$ and could only be charged in the unit. I have a housekeeper that comes every 2 weeks and I also have area rugs in every room so this vacuum was not workable for me

5 mo, stopped working

Loved it when it worked. That was only 5 months. Bought a replacement battery and it would not charge either battery. After owning it 9 months it’s just decorative now, completely nonfunctional.

Good for cleaning & building upper body strength

This is my second LG Cord Zero. My first one (the original model) finally bit the dust & I had all the accessories so I figured I'll just stick with Cord Zero. Knowing that this new model contains the self-emptying mode, I knew it would be heavier than my basic Cord Zero. But it is VERY heavy for little old me! Get back up batteries.

It works very well… but the battery only last for 10 minutes. If the battery lasted longer it would definitely get 5 stars!

Piece of expensive crap

I bought this at Lowes one year ago. The wires on the head somehow were pinched and the head of the vacuum just stops working. The stand up automatic bin emptier also usually leaves the canister open on the vacuum after emptying so when u pull it off the charger, dirt falls all over. The head has snapped off multiple times which my husband has fixed repeatedly. It also does not pick up everything on the floor. Great vacuum

Awsome vacuum. Small package with full size results. Bought it for doing my steps but eliminated my clunky full size vacuum. Love the auto empty future. No cord and great suction and long run time. Very well designed and saves time especially for quick clean up. Works great on hardwood floors as well as carpet.

Great vacuum, but faulty battery.

I just purchased this product one week ago. I was very excited to have a cordless vacuum. Got it home and set it up immediately, I let it charge for a full 24 hrs prior to the first use. I was only able to run the vacuum for 10-15 minutes. At first I didn’t think to much of it, I thought maybe I didn’t have it docked right so maybe it didn’t get a full charge. Impossible to get warranty service

As a few other reviews I have seen, the bottom of this breaks off very easily. Lasted about 10 months with very occasional usage, maybe 20 minutes every couple weeks. When trying to make a warranty claim, they will send you around in circles making you enter all of the identical information numerous times. Auto clean is great but battery run time seems to be very low and you will have to invest in a second battery for sure!!

Horrible floor attachment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this vacuum cleaner for less than a year and the bottom attachment broke off several times from the opening and severed the wires leaving the part broken.
