Poor Performance

too much maintenance needed

This was my first cordless cyclone type vacuum and I realize now that these types of vacuums require a lot of maintenance compared to traditional bagged canister vacuums. I spend more time cleaning the vacuum than I would like, and that negates the convenience of not having a cord. It is also heavy when I use it as a hand held vacuum. I will probably end up giving this away.

We have had this vacuum for about a month. We like the height adjustability! Appears to do a great job cleaning up! We have not used the mopping feature yet! We have some lighter weight rugs and using the normal setting allows us to vacuum those rugs without them getting sucked up! We like the option of the turbo when needed! Need better quality for a 1000.00 unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the vacuum but when used h it to pick up let’s say cat liter or spilling salt on the floor It breaks the tower and locks in place to where you need to unplug unit

Wish it worked better

Terrible on hard wood floor. Also brown within the first few months now to get repairs have to send it off for multiple weeks (as a mom of three not having my very expensive vacuum is unacceptable).

WORSE VACUUM I HAVE EVER OWNED

This is the worse vacuum I have ever owned. I have sent it in to be repaired, and only used it 4 times. I received it back and used it for 3 seconds and it stopped. Looked in checked the inside and found that LG had not worked on my vacuum because the obstructions inside the vacuum had not been removed. I cleaned the vacuum of obstruction turned on and vacuumed for approximately 30 seconds it sounded alarm for obstruction, looked inside nothing. This product is frustrating, can not han...

Almost the perfect vacuum

I love the look of this vacuum and there are so many smart things built into the design like the lever to condense the debris inside the vacuum, and the way that the stand so cleanly stores all the accessories, but sadly there are several things that need to improve to make this the perfect vacuum. Auto Empty Not Worth It

While I'm sure the vacuum works great, the "auto empty" feature adds a lot of weight and size to the charging stand. Compare the dimensions carefully (I wish I had.). The "auto empty" feature is not worth it to me, so I'm returning. Will look into a model w/out it.

Nice and handy Vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this vacuum 2 weeks ago. In summary: 1. Easy to set up, took 30 mins 2. Very light, so if you are old and worried about holding it, it is easy to use 3. Has good joints, which makes good to difficult areas to reach 4. Has strong suction 5 comes with many tools that you can use 6. Has auto emptying feature, which is really nice 7. My wife likes it and my wife tends not to like things I buy much !

Love this Vac!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently recieved this vacuum in the mail. It is perfect. It is lightweight and easy to use. It does not take up a lot of space and the attachments are easy stored inside the tower. Battery lasts about 30 minutes when running nonstop. There is also an extra battery if you need to vacuum longer. I love that I can take this vacuum anywhere without having to worry about tripping on a cord. The only problem I have found is that it does clog prett...
